This man and woman are sweethearts! The first time I bought Daisy in was on a Groupon. They did a great puppy cut. I live in Coral Springs though so the next time, I went somewhere more local to me. The haircut wasn't as great and she was there all afternoon, I couldn't get anything substantial done because I wasn't sure when I'd get the call to pick her up. The front desk of this large place also just checked her in and bought my pup back, no real conversation. People want to feel special and important when they utilize a service. I went back to Dog City and they gave me an approximate time she'd be ready. Both times she had the cutest little bows on her ears and was a happy girl when she saw me. They both took the time to talk to me and found out what I was looking for. They told me if I'm late picking her up, it was no big deal. This location is close to the beach, so I always head there while waiting for her. It's such a treat. My only complaint is she doesn't get a handkerchief BUT it does always come off and I end up throwing it out anyway lol Just so you're aware, the place doesn't have a sign near the roof but the window is labeled. It's also in a strip mall but tucked away near the back so it's easy to miss but worth it to find. We'll be back!

They did such a fabulous job grooming my border collie! Highly recommend these groomers! Nice people!

I've been taking my dog Zeus here for 7 years. They really are the best groomer that i've ever been to. They pay attention to detail and follow directions well with how you want your dogs hair to be cut. Everyone that works there is nice and friendly. I have moved to Fort Lauderdale and still make the 30 minute drive although there are other ones in my area. I've tried taking him to others in the area and they don't do as good of a job or are reckless with their razor. Zeus has sensitive skin and he will always get razor burn if I take him anywhere else but here, Dog City does a great job being gentle with his skin. They do get booked up quick, weekends need about a 2 week notice. read more

Our rescue pup needed a grooming and, wow, did they deliver. I was impressed they could fit us in with a day's notice. Our pup looked a million times better after his visit at Dog City Grooming. Best grooming my two pups ever had !!! I have an 11 year old Malte poo and a six year old rescue poodle mix. Recently moved here from Pennsylvania and we were overdue for a grooming! The moment we entered they came over to the dogs and bent down to their level and welcomed them with a friendly and warm greeting ! Both dogs were very comfortable. After going over their needs they shared I would receive a 15 % discount on our first visit and would apply a special treatment for their hair since it had gotten matted in areas free of charge! When I picked them up they were excited to see me but not anxious . They looked like two little stuffed animals and smelled clean and fresh! The prices are very reasonable and the staff couldn't have done a better job! You can tell they have years of experience and love what they do! I highly recommend Dog City for your pets grooming! read more

I am a recent transplant from Washington, DC. I have a working Service animal. I am VERY particular when it comes to anything involving my DOG. This place is amazing! From the moment I walked in with her until the moment I picked her up, the experience was 5 star! Due to the nature of her job and the extensiveness of her training; my dog can be a bit difficult, to say the least! The staff was stellar! They truly grasped what her Service role is. They allowed my dog to get acclimated while I completed paperwork...completely alleviating her separation anxiety! They listened intently to what I wanted and expected from them. They are true PROFESSIONALS! My dog has never looked better!!! I am a customer for life. read more

I have 2 doodles... sheepadoodle and Goldendoodle, we moved from California and have had quite a few groomers and dog city is the best! The dogs like going there, it's family run and they do all the work... so they know your dog and how you like them cut, which keeps things consistent! I have been taking my rescue baby here since we first ever got her groomed! I was super nervous on finding a groomer since when we rescued her, she was in pretty bad shape and I had become a nervous, overprotective fur mom that wanted to make sure she wouldn't be scared or feel anxious and from the moment I called them and expressed my concerns, they were so sweet and assured me that "the baby will be just fine!" When I dropped her off, the lady met me right by the front door and immediately got down to my dog's eye level and introduced herself very softly and gently and my dog immediately loved her! I felt so much better at that moment! When I went to pick her up, she looked AMAZING! The cut was perfect, she smelled amazing, the cutest bows in her hair, affordable price for all they did on her, and she didn't want to leave! That was 2 years ago and now, everytime we get in the door, my dog is so excited and immediately wants to run in the back. LOL. I have suggested this place to all my friends with pets because I know that they are truly caring of our babies when we leave them in their care. We moved from Boynton Beach to Pompano Beach in December, '17 with our Australian Shepherd and tried several grooming places before we discovered Dog City....they are head and shoulders above anyone we've used for Brady in the past YEAR!! Whatever they did cut down on the shedding AND the cut is exceptional and his coat is silky and shiny! We will continue to take Brady to Dog City!! Thank you! read more

Have been taking my dog there for over 2-years now. We tried SEVERAL different Groomers before we found Dog City, and they are by far the best! This can be one of the more stressful decisions someone can make, I know I've heard too many nightmare stories about people sending their dog/cat to a terrible groomer and how bad of an experience it was. We luckily do NOT have to worry about that anymore. We moved to Delray Beach and still take our dog out to Dog City. The 2 ladies that work there do an amazing job and we couldn't be happier. Scheduling appts is super easy within a day or so, sometimes same day we call. The place is close to the house which helps and there's always a couple parking spots out front to help get in/out quickly. Wash and cut is $40 for small breeds and they always put some sort of scarf on him which he struts around in. Today's fashion statement "Paw Patrol". We're happy, the dog is happy so life is good!
