We had an amazing experience. Love the time Gabi took educating me so my babies would have a great first grooming experience. I had a great feeling leaving my little Khloe with her for her first grooming and I couldn't have been more happy when I picked her up she was soooo cute and perfect. I am looking forward to taking our other baby Koko in for her first visit with Gabi she is soooo professional and sweet oh and I can't forget the kitties that greeted us when we arrived sooooo cute and sweet Khloe's first time meeting a kitty ....All around great experience thank you Gabi took me over a month of researuching shops to pick yours and I am super happy I did.

I took my 4 month old shi tzu here for the first time and I was told he was very difficult and stubborn to work with (opposite of what my last groomer told me) When we got home I noticed he was really quiet and he layed on his back and i noticed these pink marks/burns on him. I'm highly dissatisfied and feel bad for my baby. Im not surprised he was acting difficult what dog wouldn't after getting cut/burned. On top of that, they took 4 and a half hours and she didn't tell me about the spots on him just said he was difficult. Lastly the cut wasn't what I asked for I would give 0 stars if possible.

Great vibes as soon as you walk in. They make your pet comfortable as they wash, cut, and completely groom your dog. Or, you can use a station yourself, and use their soaps and towels. I don't know how many services they offer, but they also have birds. My dog loves this place.

Super friendly staff that takes time out to explain everything and my pup loved them! He smelled so good and was so happy when I picked him up. Will be returning monthly for his baths and recommend them to everyone! Thank you!

Absolutely blown away by Pet Magic - Gaby is a grooming superstar! I brought my dog in for the first time today and had the pleasure of having Gaby as our groomer. From the moment we walked in, she took the time to sit with me, explain every step of the process, and ask questions to make sure she understood exactly what I wanted and, more importantly, what would keep my dog comfortable and happy. You can instantly tell this isn't just a job for her - grooming is her passion and she truly cares about every pet that comes through the door. When I picked my girl up... I honestly almost didn't recognize her (in the best way possible!). Her coat has NEVER been this soft and fluffy. My previous groomer must have only been brushing the surface because Gaby got all the way down to the skin and removed every bit of undercoat. The difference is night and day - she feels like a cloud! They finished her off with the cutest little bows and a sweet feather hair extension that just made her look like an absolute princess. I'm officially a Pet Magic customer for life. Gaby treated my dog like her own and gave us the best grooming experience we've ever had. My two year old Dachshund and Chihuahua mix Buddy loved his first time at Pet Magic. He had a horrible experience at one of his last grooming sessions and has had anxiety with groomers ever since. Update-My Max has passed away since my previous review. But I have a new dog, Bruno, that I've been bringing in to get his nails ground. He's a Dachsi/Pit so he doesn't need anything else done. He won't let me do his nails, but when I bring him there, they're able to get them done in a couple minutes. No muss, no fuss, no screeching from Bruno. I will always bring my furrbabies here. read more

Heather is awesome. Don't be swayed by the location or the site, itself. It's a grooming salon, not a restaurant. Heather takes the times to get to know your dogs and tries to make them comfortable. Her work is outstanding and you can't beat the price. A fraction of Petco or Petsmart. And my dogs smell and feel SOOOOO nice when I pick them up. Top notch groomer. read more

We have taken our dog here twice for the puppy package. The staff is kind and professional. Our dog is not the easiest to groom, he likes to move around a lot. The grooming appointment went well and the owner gave me advice on how to get our dog used to grooming at home. I like that she recommend the puppy package to build trust with our dog and let him get used to being groomed. I respect that she did not push him into a long grooming session and recommend that wait until he is ready for that. We hope our little guy will be ready soon for the clippers and we are happy we found a groomer we can trust. If you would like to tip be sure to bring cash. I paid with card and there wasn't an area to leave a tip on the receipt. read more

Just got my dog and gave this place a try since they're one of the very few local spots that accept walk ins. I must say for a walk in, i was highly pleased with the service & length of time it took to get my dog done(~ 3hrs). My dog is just a puppy and Id highly recommend her "Puppy Package". I meant to change this review a while ago. I came in one day to pick up my dog from being groomed and they did not hear me come in. I don't remember the words being said but they were speaking ill of the dogs. There was a woman and child in the back. I never came back to this place ever again. read more

Oh this place was so amazing. I've never been to a groomer before and my 1 year old golden retriever/German Shepard's fur looked very matted and I could not for the life of me get her undercoat under control at the beginning of the summer. Took her here and she came out sparkling!!!! They took care of my baby and I can tell because she come out to me wagging her tail and not head and ears tucked. Happy puppy happy mommy. read more

I took my baby (maltipoo) in yesterday. It was her first time being groomed. I was a little scared to leave her being that I hear some dogs don't do too well. I made an appointment over a text. I showed up the day of the appointment and they said I didn't have one. I showed them the text to show proof I had an appointment and they still didn't honor it. Then they told me the reason they can't groom my dog is because he doesn't have his rabies shot. They never mentioned it and blamed it on me. What a waste of time. read more

We have a Boarder Aussie who came in for her first professional hair cut. At first they weren't sure that they were going to be able to get the job done but they knew she was all bark and no bite. They put a muzzle on her and when my husband picked her up she was like a new dog. You see she broke her leg and her hair behind her ears were so bad from the cone they had to cut it out! I have only had them trim my dog's nails. They will either cut or use trimmer. They do a great job, and they only charge $10. I have a small dog so I don't know if they charge more for bigger dogs read more

HORRIBLE. we have 3 golden retrievers that needed groomed and washed. It took them 9 hours and when we get our dogs they aren't even shaved or groomed. They are still wet and smell like wet dog. We paid $165 to get our dogs washed and half blown dry and HORRIBLE service. The lady was very rude. We kept calling and asking when our dogs would be ready and every time they called they would tell us that they would only be a little longer but ended up having our dogs for 9 hours. read more

Fantastic Job !! I called looking for an appt and they had a spot open the next day. Was hesitant once I walked in and saw how dirty the place was. I kept in mind the great yelp reviews and dropped the dog off anyways. I was SO pleased when I picked up our doggie she looked fantastic and smelled great!! Now, they are jumping out of their paws every morning when I take them in the car and they know where we are going. The staff have always been so nice to me when I pick up and drop off. No matter who I deal with, they are always kind and a joy to talk to. I also make sure to check in with them to see if my dogs are having behavioral issues and give them heads up if one of my boys is feeling "spicy" or extra needy any certain day. Or if I am stuck in traffic on my way home and cutting it close to closing time, I call them and let them know I am on the way. That communication goes a long way with my rapport with the staff. And in the end, my pups win out. They get to play and socialize with other humans and dogs and it shows in their behavior out of camp. If you need consistent day care, boarding, and any extras, I can't sing Camp Bow Wow praises enough to anyone in Tracy with pups. If you don't believe me, see the photos below. I love the process of their interview day. Gives me peace of mind that they're picky of their campers. Julia gave us a tour of the facility. Julia is amazing. The place is super clean and organized! Nice thing about this place is they won't just sign up any dogs if not completely vaccinated. So you know the campers are all vaccinated and clean. They also have cameras so you can view your babies in action. Someone supervises them at all times. No told me to write this review and I'm not being paid either. I'm not much of a review writer but this place deserves one and I really want them to be in business! So far, I've dealt with Julia and Anna - both are amazing! Bring your pups and fur babies here- ! A little backstory--Athena was a COVID puppy, so she didn't get the proper early socialization she needed, especially with other dogs. On top of that, being a Belgian Malinois, she has very unique needs. Her prey drive is incredibly high, and so was her anxiety. Walks used to be stressful--she would react to every noise, person, or animal. Even getting her into the car felt like wrestling a bear. After training with Olivia, it honestly felt like we got a whole new dog back. Athena still has some anxiety and that natural Malinois prey drive, but now I have the tools and confidence to manage both effectively. We now go on daily walks--often twice a day. I've taken her to large parks and on short hikes, and she's been amazing. I'm even planning to take her on a multi-day camping and hiking trip--something I never would have imagined before her training. The biggest difference is that Olivia didn't just train my dog--she trained me too. She gave me the knowledge and tools to continue working with Athena at home, and Athena has taken to it like a fish to water. I enrolled him for three weeks and ended up adding a fourth. His biggest challenges were reactivity, anxiety, recall, and staying engaged with me around distractions. Before training, he would bark and lunge at strangers, bolt through open doors, and ignore commands the moment something more interesting appeared. Now he's calm on and off leash, reliably holds commands until released, and consistently checks back in with me instead of running off. What impressed me most wasn't just the behavior change, it was the foundation Olivia built. Nix now understands how to look to me for guidance when he's distracted, stressed, or uncertain. The results have been more durable and meaningful than anything I achieved through months of research, classes, private lessons, and thousands of dollars spent on training. I was initially skeptical of board and trains, and balanced training methods, particularly e-collars and slip leads, because of so many traumatic videos out there. Olivia completely changed my perspective. She uses these tools thoughtfully, gently, and effectively--not to intimidate or hurt dogs, but to communicate clearly despite distractions. Nix isn't fearful or shut down; if anything, he's more confident, more relaxed, and more connected to me than ever before. Of all the money I've spent on training, Olivia's board-and-train was by far the best investment I've made in my dog. The transformation has been remarkable, and our relationship is stronger because of it.
