Super clean facility. Friendly & helpful staff! Best grooming - our puppies love it

The WORST EXPERIENCE with this place. I took my Doberman there 3 times. First time was great. Took him back on 6/29/26, he was there for a full day, when I went to pick him up they handed me his food and said he didn't eat because he was anxious. He doesn't skip a meal whatsoever. I gave them the benefit of the doubt because he could be. I took him today 7/27/26, I provided a water bowl and a slow feeder as well as his food. I purposely packaged it so I would know if it had been touched or not. I picked him, they handed me his bag and I knew instantly not a single thing was touched. The lady proceeded to tell me, they fed him but he chose not to eat. I said you can clearly see his food is in layers, if you had tried to feed and you would put the food back and it would be mixed up. This wasn't even touched. The food wasn't refrigerated like I stated when I dropped him off, this is the 2nd time they aren't feeding my dog and tried to lie about it. Absolutely diabolical of a place to do this when I'm trusting you to handle care of my dog. I would never recommend this god awful place!!! read more

Love this place. We've been bouncing from doggie daycare to doggie daycare and finally fell in love with this place. The cameras allow us to watch our pups. Our doberman loves the big dog pool. Our pug enjoys the indoor tiny town and the splash pad with little plunge pool.. Staff is friendly and always picking up after pets. We have boarded there before for about $50/night for room with outdoor patio. We love when they have wacky Wednesdays. Those days a full day of daycare is about $19. They also have a 20% discount for military on everything except grooming stuff. They also have an additional 10% off for second pet. We love the random photos we have done for about $15. Very cute. The groomers do amazing with our pups nails ...no more WWE in our house, human vs dog to trim nails!!! They claim our pups let them do nails easily except our pug who likes to pretend he's a DJ scratching records sometimes. read more

My dog stays here for weekends or during holidays. My dog seems to be enjoying his stay. Pictures of him playing shows that he is having a great time. The care is well given to him and when there is something wrong they do contact you. I like the convenience that this boarding is close to me and the hours work for my dog as he is on a routine. I recommend this spot ! read more

I signed my dog Murphy up for Pet Paradise-Stone Oak's free day camp so he could play with other dogs and burn off some energy. What a disappointment. Day one, they flagged a vaccine that was a month out of date--fair enough. I updated it that day and rescheduled for the next. Dropped him off, expecting a temperament eval since he was new, and checked their webcams obsessively. By noon, he still wasn't with other dogs, so I called. They said he was 'doing good' and about to get 'individual playtime.' I should've questioned that vagueness. Minutes later, I saw him on the splashpad cam--an empty, fenced area with no toys, no dogs, just a worker standing there. Murphy ran aimlessly, pawing at the door to get out. After 10 minutes, they leashed him and took him inside. That was it--his 'playtime.' I never saw him on any other cameras. Picked him up at 4:30 PM and asked trainer Megan how he did. She said, 'Since he wasn't neutered, we kept him in individual care.' I was floored--he was neutered last month, which I'd told them and marked on his forms. So, what did Murphy do all day? Probably sat in one of their 'air-conditioned retreat spaces,' cooped up and bored. If this is their 'best foot forward' for a first impression, they failed miserably. I wanted him to socialize and have fun--instead, he got the opposite. Don't waste your time or your dog's energy here. read more

There was confusion on pickup days of my dogs. I left a week worth of food for them and I got called 4 days later to ask when I would be picking up. I told them I was out of town and their stay was supposed to be a week. I had asked for baths for both dogs at pickup so when I arrived at facility I waited 20 minutes for them to text me that the dogs are ready but they never texted. I ended up calling them and they said the dogs were bathed and ready. When I picked them up and put them in car it did not smell like they were given baths. We got home and I noticed one dog had poop on her. I called to ask if they were given baths and they admitted that the dogs were given baths a week ago. I wish they would have been straight with me. I'm not happy that they weren't honest with me. read more

Went today to register my dog, get general information, visit facility etc. Was stuck outside the locked entry gate while I placed a phone call to enter. Waited, and waited, and waited while the phone rang. 7 parked cars so apparently staff were there. Waited and waited and waited. Through the window there were no employees to be seen. Not a one. Also through the window I could see a play yard. EMPTY. Not a good sign. I could also hear a couple of dogs whining. Waited and waited and waited with the phone still ringing. No one answered the phone and thete was no one to be seen. I finally left. There is no way I'm going to use this place. read more

Wanted to update my review. When we took Tucker to our own vet after this happened we learned that another dog had been brought in two days prior to Tucker being there for burned paws. As well as other responses from Nextdoor neighbor who dogs have had issues. So telling me you are going to change protocol when this is happening repeatedly is ridiculous. Tucker also got very ill Monday after the paw incident and was diagnosed with Giardia. So the vet bills continue to add up. A free visit and refund of the day of doggy day care is a joke at this point. read more

Love this place. Every time I call they accommodate me and are very friendly. Grooming is very good.

I have boarded my guys (110 lb Bernedoodle & 8 lb Havanese) at this location at least 5 times....probably more times than that. I have never had any issues with check in/out or their stays. Everyone always seems very friendly any time I'm at the facility. I have ran into a few not so friendly or well mannered pets in the lobby and the staff has always done a great job of managing the lobby area. Check in is fast and easy. Prices are competitive. Outdoor play area is nice - I always enjoy watching the playgroups out in the yards when I'm there to drop off or pick up. They seem to manage the dogs well that need to be separated from the others during play time. Would definitely recommend them to my friends and family. read more

Only maybe because the facility is amazing. The experience not so much. If your dog fits in to immediate play , if not they will be in a kennel all day . Just trying to leave an honest review so people can have in mind when they come there. My dog was shy and wasn't given the chance to play . In comparison we went to another and he got in right away and opened up within a day . Part of the problem they wanted him in with the big dogs despite being 8 months and 29 lbs. there is no medium dog area I guess . The same dogs were in the pool area all afternoon. They had around 4 other yards empty not being used. Facility completely amazing . Staff and how they treat first day free dogs not as much. They did want him to come back and try individual care for two 30 min play with a staff member and kennel the rest of the day. Only one staff member kinda seemed like she liked working with my dog. So we found somewhere where he fit in better and I guess they ( pet paradise ) have dogs that fit in to their ideal day care dog better ‍ read more

boarded two dogs in July. Facility looked nice. never saw our two dogs on any of the web cams when other 30-40 dogs were allowed out to play. We called , then saw our two dogs join them for a few minutes, they were all getting along..then never saw them again. one of the dogs lost hair to due stress..if you want your dogs to go to jail, this is the place...never again.. read more

I love Pet Paradise. The front staff always knows my dogs when I walk in and treat them great! My lab loves the giant pool and my other dog loves to be a "lifeguard" as the employee call her. The facility is always clean and I love the camera where I can check in on my dogs at all times. 10/10 would recommend read more

This place has a lot of bad reviews ,but I haven't had any problems. The environment is nice & clean (as much as it can be as a animal facility), the staff has been great & treat my babies like their own & most importantly my babies are happy & excited to be there to play. By the time they get home they're wiped. The cameras give me a sense of security knowing I can check on them throughout the day. I can make sure they are getting their play time in. Overall I have had a great experience so far & I'm so happy I switched over from Lucy's Doggy Daycare to Pet Paradise. read more

Initially after touring the facility based on looks and conversations with management, we felt comfortable leaving our dog for the weekend. After paying for all day play time and promised updates, we called on our way home (after no updates) and were informed that our dog was too timid to play and they decided to take away play time from her without consulting us. How do we expect her to be comfortable in a new area if she's not allowed the opportunity to play with other dogs or explore the facility in order to overcome her timidness? Ultimately after learning she was in her kennel the whole time, we had to send a friend to pick her up earlier than anticipated. We will not be going back! read more

Overall it was great experience dropping my dog off for a day. The booking & check in process went smoothly. I decided to do a 1:1 session boarding for the day & the morning manager on 10/07/2024 and Christina at the front desk did a great job with making sure my dog felt comfortable throughout her entire stay since it was her first time at pet paradise. I am so disappointed that I did not read the reviews before I took my dog for an extra long weekend. I paid for nail trim. The nails never got touched. I had not heard anybody or found my dog on the WebCams by Sunday so I called I was told she had diarrhea, no one called me said a word Sunday night requesting to give her pumpkin even though she's had diarrhea since I dropped her off on Thursday called again on Monday they said there was blood in her stool. Did no one ever call me so I can have my dog picked up not a word , and if she had blood in her stool and had diarrhea, where did all the food go that I sent the only thing the gifts are diarrhea chicken so that means someone gave her food that she should not have been eating extremely disappointed. Next time I will take the time to read the reviews . read more

The response for every negative review is identical -- makes you wonder about the sincerity. find it very difficult to believe out you are sorry to hear about my experience. We spoke to the manager probably 8 times -- she not only didn't care, but made it very difficult for my daughters to enjoy a very special weekend. If you are going to have a business that grooms and boards animals, you should learn the animals are often like family. To act like they are simple chattel is such a shame. read more

After seeing how fun it is for cats on social media/ advertisements I decided I wanted to send my cat here while I went on a 4 day vacation. As soon as I got there I asked did they need my help putting him in the condo and they told me no, I drove 30 mins there and back and as soon as I got home they were calling me to come and help because he didn't want to get into his condo. I had a flight within the next hour so it really made it very inconvenient for me. I also chose the place because I was happy to be able to see him play and make sure he was okay on the camera and there wasn't any interaction with him, he was the only cat in the Cattery and they didn't even try to play with him or let him enjoy the room he stayed locked up in the condo for 4 days straight they only did they did was change his little and barely fed him because I was aware of the food I Brought, my cat is super playful and loves making friends. I felt like he would have been happier if he stayed at home. This place does not know how to treat cats and probably don't know anything about them. My cat was crying the whole way home. I will never come back to this place and if you have a cat find somewhere better!!! And I'm not looking for a reply from the company you guys suck! read more

Love this place! They make it nice and easy to reserve a day or two for my dog when we have a busy weekend. All the staff really care about and update me on how he behaved. They are very patient and helpful, especially for my trouble child who has now grown to love water thanks to their pool and splash pad areas! We trusted Pet Paradise to take care of our dogs when we went out of town. They refused to listen to our requests and caused extreme stress for a dog that already had anxiety. Unfortunately, we were already out of town when they became unreasonable and irrational. We have left our dogs with different wonderful places that cared for my dogs as if they were their own. That is not true of Pet Paradise. They don't care about anything but themselves and their convenience. If you want your pet to have any kind of specialized attention, or to provide any comfort for your dog, DO NOT leave your animal with Pet Paradise. read more

We dropped our dog off at 9. We were called at 12ish to discuss his cut once more (no idea what they did for 3 hours). We called again just after 2 to check the status as we were told it would be 3-3 1/2hrs, only to be told our dog would not be able to have services done today because the tech assigned to him had a health emergency. We picked him up & it looked like absolutely nothing was done, they may have bathed him & cut his nails but I'm not even sure about that as it wasn't obvious. Don't get me wrong, I completely understand stuff happens. I'm just confused as to why my dog was left there in limbo for approximately 2 hours unnecessarily (we were told the health emergency happened shortly after we were called at 12). The staff agreed to reschedule our appointment to today (3 days later) at 10. when we arrived we were told the appointment was for 10:30 (not true). They performed services as requested & this time his entire visit was only 1 1/2hrs. Again so much confusion regarding the multiple hours he was there Saturday with essentially nothing done. The cherry on top is the fact that the staff today was unapologetic & very pompous in their response to our concerns and questions. 10/10 would NOT recommend! Full disclosure we did get $30 off our $97 (with tip) bill today, but that is something we had to ask for & they seemed reluctant to offer. read more

Nice facility...Friendly staff...but the service was just wow.... and not in a good way... let's start with the helpdesk which is where these front desk people and the manager pushed the blame to. It started with the helpdesk not saying what vaccinations were required not a big deal but come on...Then they stated dogs had 1 hour play time everyday seperated by 2 30min times.... we were told that it would be group play in the play yard which they let you view their cameras(which some don't work and the others that do work are on replay of the past 2 hours) I called to check up and they stated she did group play at 1030am... then again at 2pm.... both times I was online and had screenshots of the cameras they told me she would have been on... and on 2 seperate times at different time intervals the cameras were on replay or loop... unless the camera software has crazy lag this is a very long lag time. Then when I picked up my dog they said my dog didn't get community play time because they had to do a family intake and they didn't have time during the stay my dog was there to do it... they blamed the helpdesk for not telling us about the family intake to see how my dog plays with other dogs. They blame the helpdesk for the cameras not working. Then we were told our dog got 1 on 1 play....the day I came to pick up my dog...the dog was crazy uncontrollable as if my dog was locked up in a cage the entire stay. My dog was yelling all the way home which is not normal when I have taken my dog to other dog day cares. Extremely unsatisfied with the service and lies I was told by both the front desk the helpdesk and the manager of the place. I highly recommend staying far away from this place until they get their stuff fixed and lies coordinated to be atleast somewhat believable. My dog loves going into the pool on cold days as well as hot. My dog "got" 1 on 1 play which can't be verified no camera recording no pictures. 1st and last time I take my dog here read more
