My female had to be carried out to car she could not walk and bith dogs had horrible diarrhea and vomiting for 2 weeks they have never had these issues, I feared I was gonna have to put the female down even! It was very apparent they were in crates, they are too big for such and I kniw now they do crate to dry after grooming which is unacceptable I thought they had been blown dry not stuffed in a crate wet to dry!!!! I since found a way better place and the difference in picking them up at new facility was night and day my dogs were healthy and happy in new place! Im horribly disappointed and pissed I have spent thousands there through the years and spoke with a couple folks there about this and not a work back no apologies or explanation! Beware and be very cautious about entrusting your fur babies here for sure!!!!
