I was unable to make a rescheduled (by them) appointment and called but no answer. I took my dog there for a new appointment and was told that the price would be the same as usual ($90). After 3 1/2 hours of my dog being there, (no bath no grooming) they tell me over the phone that I have to pay $120 before they start or " just come get your dog". Of 3 years of my dog getting groomed, I've never had to pay beforehand. When I get there, I try to clear confusion but I get over talked by the groomer. When I ask to get my dog and leave, he tells me that it'll be fine if I just pay upfront. I demanded my dog and we left.

I was going to give Angela a second chance and scheduled an appointment today when I showed up she would not turn her back to have a conversation with me finally she stated rudely I wasn't on her book.When I I showed her the appointment card she rudely replied she wanted me to go somewhere else. This person does not know how to handle being truthful to her clients. I feel relieved to move on and feel safer leaving my pet. at my veterinarian clinic I use they treated my dog and me with respect and took the time To care for my puppy while I left him in their hands. A big amount of trust is involved trusting Our babies for care . Angela is undeserving of that trust.

Stacey does an excellent job, and you can tell that she genuinely loves animals and cares about your pet. She takes her time and is careful not to overlap clients. Our dogs literally love going to see Mrs. Stacey. They get so excited when we pull into the drive. She is very gentle and kind to the animals and does a thorough job when grooming. Our male Springer Spaniel, Charlie has had a lot of problems with ear infections and they were always gentle when taking cultures of his extremely sensitive ears. Their other services include boarding and grooming, which we haven't used yet, and they sell dog food as well. If you're looking for a veterinarian, I wouldn't hesitate recommending them at all.
