Brought our MS (Miniature Schnauzer) to Pawparazzi Dog Grooming on October 25th. When we went to…read morepick him up, he was lethargic, not his usual happy/excited to see us. We were then informed that he had a bleeding nose in which we were told is normal in some dogs when they get too excited or too anxious. This has never happened to us or him, he is almost 8 years old. When we left we noticed his eyes were very red, we took him directly to his vet and had him examined. We were then told he had broken blood vessels in his eyes. We were told this happens by Trauma, a blood disorder or a disease. We had him fully tested for blood and disease. All tests came back negative concluding that he suffered some sort of TRAUMA. The vet also stated maybe the collar was too tight. The bleeding nose and broken blood vessels led us to believe there was a lack of supervision on their part and either his collar was way too tight or he slipped off the table and was hanging. Either scenario was and is heartbreaking to think of. I have left a few messages with Pawparazzi and have not received a call back. I was informed by a friend that they have surveillance cameras but it is obviously they do not want us to know what occurred during that time. I rated a 1 Star only because a ZERO Star is not available.

The main reason for my 1 star review, On our very last visit our dog came home with an eye injury! Although we tried to discuss it, and try to understand what had happened, we had gotten a lot of excuses, and aggressive feedback and later turned into accusations! The girl that manages it did not take this seriously enough, we did send videos and pictures for proof, however this literally got nowhere fast! Our dog had a cut in the corner of his eye, and for months, every time he had a little min his eye, we would wipe it gently and it would just bleed! We felt helpless and misunderstood. The best thing we did was leave this groomer for good and found a fantastic groomer nearby! After treating your loyal customers like crap, and hurting our pet, denying it and speaking aggressively and taking offence to it, we realized this place is not for us! And never will be! Shame on you!

Audrey is a horrible groomer, there is no way she has any training or experience. I've never seen a doodles legs and feet shaved like she did to mine, they are always scissored round and you definitely cant see the nails. She shaved my dogs head, body, legs and feet. She spared her tail and ears thankfully. She must not own scissors. Everything is very uneven, no attempt to even try to get the longer pieces not clipped. She did a horrible job. Also, worth a mention that my dog got sprayed by a skunk 2 days earlier and WOW they were able to get rid of the smell.
