It's clear the owners do not care about the dogs or customers, they don't even bother to answer emails about complaints. Update: after sending a complaint via fb, I did finally receive an email back. Although they were sympathetic I will still never board my puppy here again. Since we love the trainer, we will still take our puppy to training with the trainer at Fido's. I wish Gainesville had more options for dog boarding. In the future, we will be driving a ways for an accommodating and caring boarding facility.
