we had a family emergency and needed to leave with a day notice. they were very fast to respond and…read morevery accommodating. when we showed up they were quick to take our dog to the back. they sent an email halfway through her stay updating us on her, letting us know she was happy and having a good time. when we showed up to pick her up she seemed a little out of it, not really acknowledging us when she usually gets super excited. the first thing we noticed was her right eye. it was bloody and almost looked infected, there was yellow pus coming out of her eye. we asked the young girl at the desk what happened and she had no idea. she went to the back to ask someone else what happened and when she came back all she said was "we had a lot of big dogs here today, they were all playing together" we never selected anything involving group play, she is a very friendly dog but as a business you should think about the liability. we never gave any type of permission for group play and to find out the dogs were roughhousing...not a good look. we will not be coming back here and the vet bills WILL be coming to them. He was not visible in the cameras for the first few days so I'm guessing they forgot to let him out. I've recently heard so many horror stories about this place but this was my first and last terrible experience. It's clear the owners do not care about the dogs or customers, they don't even bother to answer emails about complaints. Update: after sending a complaint via fb, I did finally receive an email back. Although they were sympathetic I will still never board my puppy here again. Since we love the trainer, we will still take our puppy to training with the trainer at Fido's. I wish Gainesville had more options for dog boarding. In the future, we will be driving a ways for an accommodating and caring boarding facility.

While we were there one dog got loose the worker tried to use her leg to stop it and made it cry and yelp. That dog got diarrhea poop all over it from what was on the floor. One dog was foaming at the mouth and there was no water to be seen. I shared my concerns with the owner and she was very rude and abrasive and told me to leave. Do not take your dog there they will be in danger.

We have gone here for over a year. Using their grooming and vet services. Everything has been ok…read moreuntil 3 weeks ago. We took our dog to get groomed. She went in perfectly fine & came out with 1 eye completely shut. The next few days her right eye could barely open & when she could open it, her eye ball was droopy. Through multiple vet visits with them, they would never give us an answer about what happened. They ordered us a steroid and pain medication. Mistakes happen, but usually people try to make up for those mistakes. No word about what happened to our dog. "We don't want to speculate", yet they took pictures after whatever incident happened. Obviously something went wrong while our dog was here. We finally decided to get away from this place, went to a new vet. Gave our got an anti-inflammatory and her eye is close to being back to normal. Stay very far away from the grooming service. Dr.Gladden was nice, but I wish she would have decided to give us an anti-inflammatory to speed this process up. All in all we spend over $700 and still have no clue what happened to our dog after multiple questions. We will never go back.

A new vet too the cat, in his carrier, to the back. 5 minutes later the vet came back and said my cat was not being "co-operative" and they could not see him that day. The vet told me to give the cat gabapentin before bringing him back. Of course she sold me the gabapentin for $21! I was very disappointed in this service and found another vet right away. If they can't handle a cat, what good are they?​
