When I asked how peeps did, they said she was timid. Which is fine. They hve webcams. So I checked them, peeps was sitting by the door with 25+ other dogs and had zero interaction with humans the entire time I watched. They just had a lady come to clean up after the babies when they went potty. Not ok if you ask me. But I said it was just for the day. I checked the cams 4 times. Same thing everytime. Was 5 min late. They text 6 min before I arrived and said they were going to keep her overnight. I'm not from this town and said absolutely not and had to bribe them to let me pick her up. When I got there, they had lost her bowls. She only drinks a ceramic bowls, not metal ones and I looked in her bag to notice. They had not fed her at all. Her wet food was untouched. So I am going to assume they didn't feed her cause she was starving. She's too scared to drink out of metal bowls. I specified that she needs her own bowls or won't eat and drink. so I don't think she was given water or food the entire day. I am overly disturbed by this careless action. They said it had never happened before. But somehow I don't believe it. Not sure how they are still in buisness. Here is a text from them after I left being fucking livid. Idiots. Angyla came over to our house for a complimentary meet and greet which is such a great service. It's nice to see your pets interact with someone new. My dogs loved her and my German Shepard mix just sat next to her and demanded pets the whole time!! She even played fetch with my crazy cattle dog and he's very nervous around new people. Angyla took notes and really listened to me about my pets and their quirks. We ended up booking their overnight services for 7 nights and Angyla kept me updated with photos and texts which we really appreciated. My son missed his cats and she sent photos of them which he appreciated!! Their rates are very reasonable and our house was very clean and our pets were so happy when we got home. The biggest compliment came from my husband who said this was the most relaxed he has been on vacation in a long time and I give Hey Buddy ALL the credit for that.
