During the training, we focused heavily on "place" and learning how to use the e-collar. While our dog did pick up the basics, he unfortunately continues to struggle with reactivity and aggression even after the sessions ended. As first-time dog owners, we were hoping for more hands-on guidance. Much of each session involved conversation and verbal instruction, but we didn't feel we were shown the techniques in enough detail or given sufficient practice with our dog to feel confident applying them on our own--especially given his specific behavioral challenges. Bobby is very personable and clearly knowledgeable, but we were hoping for more direct interaction with our dog during the sessions. After training ended, we reached out about the ongoing issues, and while Bobby was able to fit us in for an additional session, it mainly revisited the same methods that hadn't necessarily been effective for us. I believe Bobby would be a great fit for dogs that are already fairly obedient and just need structure or refinement. However, for dogs with more serious behavioral concerns like aggression or resource guarding, this approach may not be the best match. Ultimately, we decided to pursue additional training elsewhere to better meet our dog's needs.

I thought it was a bit expensive plus the schedule didn't fit mine so I was hesistant that my money would just be wasted. I looked at other places, but I wasn't able to find what I was looking for so I tried to do my best doing the training at home. While I was successful at potty training, I failed at many things. I tried to take Chloe to the dog parks to socialize, but I was picky. The dogs at the park were unpredictible. I was very protective of Chloe. The parks were dirty. I drove across town to find the right park but didn't find what I was looking for. So I decided to stop going to the parks. 5 years later, I decided to give Bobby a shot and had to figure out how to make it fit my busy schedule. We had 5 private lessons with Bobby first then Chloe graduated into the group class. It's been about 6 months since our first training session, and we have made so much progress with Chloe. In fact, this weekend my friend saw Chloe for the first time since we enrolled with Bobby. My friend's comment was the training is really working. Chloe is so behave. Not only did we find the right trainer, we also found the right place to socialize with other dogs. The place is big so it's like our park now. The place is clean. It doesn't even smell like dogs. It's airconditioned so its good all year round. For the price, it's so worth it! I'm glad I chose this place.

We can't thank Kyle enough for the amazing work he did with our 4-year-old Cocker Spaniel, Lucas!…read moreWe were constantly struggling with him being reactive to any animals on TV--even cartoon ones--and walks were stressful. Now he's a total pleasure to walk and so much more focused on us. From the very first time we met Kyle and saw how he interacted with our dog, we felt completely comfortable. His patience and calm manner are incredible. Throughout the training process, Kyle sent videos daily or every other day so we could see our dog's progress, which really put us at ease. Kyle also taught him to lay down (something we'd tried for years with no luck) and even got him to chase a ball, which he had never done before! It was hard leaving him for a month, but it was 100% worth it. Kyle not only trained our dog but also showed us how to continue the training at home. We couldn't be happier with the results and highly recommend him! We only wish we had found Kyle a few years earlier--he's absolutely amazing!

My granddaughter comes over and it's no longer a stressful situation. He has been home for a month now and everyday we are out reinforcing what he has learned. When I see Zeus living his best life it makes me so happy. Thank you, thank you , thank you Kyle!!

I want to start by saying how happy my husband and I were to stumble upon this place. The owners…read morewere welcoming, and the employees appeared to enjoy working with dogs, and our pup was happy to be there. We were happy with this place, until we weren't. This camp does not separate dogs by size, so small dogs share space with big dogs. I do not know exactly what happened, but my understanding is that my yorkie was trampled by two or more large dogs that were playing. This incident took place in August 2025. My yorkie sustained serious injuries. He had to have costly surgery, and although it's been well over six months, he's still recovering from this accident. It's sad to watch him struggle to simply walk. And he still cannot run. He use to love playing fetch. Bottomline, if you have a medium or large dog, I would recommend this place. But if you have a small dog, you might want to reconsider. My pup might be the first small dog to get injured in their care, I guarantee he won't be the last.

We tried at least six different boarding places in the past three years. I was thrilled to find that Camp Run A Mutt opened in Henderson! The owner Kim has been extremely responsive and accommodating to my high anxiety dog. Kim and her staff embodied the genuine love and care for dogs that I've grown accustomed to at Camp Run A Mutt. Our dog Kaya was boarded here for four days. She came back without a scratch, tired from playing, and well fed. We're finally able to go on trips without worries for the well being of our dog aka furry child.

But after the third visit, my dog came home injured and passed out for the entire night, which I don't think is very healthy. I got mixed responses on why he might have come home with a limp that lasted about 4 days in the end. It made me think that they weren't watching the dogs properly and there's very little down time for these dogs. Since I can't trust them to watch my dog and make sure that he doesn't get hurt, we've moved on to another place. By the way I've been to several other daycares in town and this never happened so having it happen on only day three of coming here is pretty concerning. Plus it should probably be a red flag that any place charges extra for you to watch what's happening on a webcam so you know what's happening at this place. That would have been very helpful for me to understand what happened to have to keep my dog at home for 5 days to recover.
