I don't think I've actually ever left a bad review for anyone. However I feel compelled to let people know that this lady is no bueno! From the start, she was extremely rude and demanding when she came into my house and had virtually zero interaction with my dogs. I expected professionalism and atleast someone who seemed to like dogs but instead was met with condescension and just a cold and rude demeanor. Sadly I can't say how they would have been as pet sitters as I decided not to use her. When her and her partner Jack came to the house to met my dog and get all the details the owner spent the majority of her time on phone or text with another client. She also seemed to have forgotten all the information I had given her in the initial phone call, like that my dog needed walking. Her attitude toward my pet was quite rude. She was bothered that the dog was barking at strangers, as dogs do. She was to busy with that other client to let the dog get to know her. Jack the partner on the other hand was very friendly and personable. He even took my dog around block to try to warm her up. In the end I took my dog to Henderson Pet Resort and they were polite, kind, and actually listened to me. read more

My friend and fellow walker SHERRY came to the house to meet me on January 22 and started walking me the next day. Sherry is wonderful, we go walking the neighborhood, drinking bottled water she brings for Me to drink, talking to me the whole time and when we return home, she gives me fresh water and treats Mom leaves for me. By far the best pet sitting service in the Henderson area. We used Germaine for over 5 years until we were transferred to South Texas last month. Our cat was always taken great care of and received lots of attention and most important was not depressed when we came home as she had been previously.
