This place has been a wonderful find for our dogs who have very sensitive stomachs. The workers are amazing and it's like one big family when we go. I'm always super excited when my significant other says the pet store is on our todo list. Whether it be browsing the fish aisles or skinny pigs or dog merchandise. We always end up leaving with more then what we went in for. Which is fine in our books. We rather support this store than Petsmart where they talk dumb to you. First time here the other day and I was thoroughly impressed! The two young ladies that work there (Phaedra and I don't remember the other girl's name!) were genuinely helpful and so sweet! They explained in great detail their dog walking station and all the great amenities that come with each package. I signed up for their rewards program and was also explained all the great benefits I am now able to receive! I purchased a couple of treats for my pup (even though I was actually only there originally to meet someone off marketplace to buy totally unrelated items, but ended up gazing their wonderful selection of toys, treats and so much more!! ***The very best part... Phaedra walked me over to their little community bulletin board to show me a sweet pup that needed a new home.. while I currently am unable to provide a forever home for the pooch, I made a post about it and my boss and his wife are picking him up tomorrow!! This is my new go-to pet store for a long list of awesome reasons! If you have any animal from dogs to birds etc etc etc, stop by this great location for impeccable service and top quality supplies at super affordable rates! Honestly, at a loss for words on where to start. I spend over $10k-15k a year here AT LEAST. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because I like the pricing and they have a good rewards system. With that being said, I was just informed by my step daughter today that the group of girls (one with really long hair), the manager and many others that have worked there for a while, were gossiping about me to other customers "apparently I am a Bi$*%, I order too many Rosie reds and shrimp, they fight over who will help me in the store when I come in, purposely take their time getting the fish to make me wait and don't count what I pay for, exact words from the girls with really long hair "if she orders 100 shrimp, we don't count, I bet we only give her 80 or so". She bad mouthed me about my "macaw" that I "always" talk about and said I probably don't even take care of my animals, though I spend over $400 each trip I make there every 2-3 weeks. She literally spilled this information to my step daughter while she was in the store and my step daughter said "your talking about my step mom" which she then preceded to apologize and try to redact her statements. The girl who works there with really long hair said everyone in there hates me amongst a lot of other bashful things. I've only ever had one situation where I thought I was kind of rude (which is probably why they don't like me) over the 2+ years I've been going there and many countless interactions I've had with them. The manager (girl with blue hair) was helping me with fish, wanted to say goodbye to a bird that was being sold and asked me if that was okay if she went, I said yeah no problem. I could hear her saying goodbyes which was cute don't get me wrong, but after 15 minutes and her literally telling the lady "let me show you what diet the bird is on etc" and then forgets about me completely (did not grab someone to come help me) I went over and I'll admit with tone I said "don't worry about the fish anymore and went to check out with the other items I got". Then told the girl with the really long hair at the front desk I was irritated and in future, the manager probably could have grabbed or told someone else to come help me. I literally didn't get upset about her saying goodbyes and said go ahead, I was upset I was left waiting for over 15+ min as she proceeded to help someone else. I think that's fair on frustration but never expected these girls who act fake to my face to start bad mouthing me to other employees and customers. Honestly, they lost me as a customer, I will never go back in there and purchase anything under that staff again. What's sad is they all know me by name and act fake to my face. Funny though today I come in with my step daughter and they all have attitude including the girl with the long hair. I had just found all of this gossiping information out before I went in the store so I'm sure they could sense my anger when I was there. I usually walk the basket back inside every time when I leave but today I stooped to their level unfortunately and left it outside for them to collect. Not to mention, the girl with the really short half dark half light hair was extremely rude and you could tell was annoyed with my presence (or just had a really bad day) but was super nice to the people before me. I asked her if they had ghost shrimp in store, and before asking how many she's like "we do but I can only sell you 10 of them" with a snarky remark, so I just bought Rosie reds. With that being said, all I can say is if you don't like retail, feel as though you'll gossip or get pissed when I buy a lot of fish, maybe you should find another job. I'll be reaching out to corporate too because I don't like hearing people talk sh*% about me to random strangers that I don't know. Very unprofessional and honestly I'm hurt because I genuinely liked all of them and thought after that one situation they made no errors. Little did I know they were gossiping and saying hurtful things about me behind my back. NEVER GOING BACK THERE AGAIN! I guess I'll make the extra drive to petsmart or BB Fish and Pet, I have better luck there and the people are always GENUINELY nice. read more

I cannot say enough good things about assistant manager Ally and all the other employees at this location. My son's hamster died after only a month and Ally went above and beyond to allow him to look at pictures of hamsters and place a specific order for their next shipment of what color and gender he wanted. Additionally, she got pictures of other hamsters from nearby store locations and sent them to us to see if he'd want one of those. We have been going here for several months for our dog's special dog food. The food is high as it is with most pet stores. The staff is usually fairly pleasant when we enter the store and occasionally asks if we need help. However, every time we go to pay, it seems like the multiple staff in the shop have a hard time finding their way to the register, so my husband and I have to stand around waiting until someone decides to ring us up. The last time we were there, two employees continued having a personal conversation even though they could see us waiting at the register. After the last visit, I decided to find other options for my dog's food. I found a great place online with cheaper prices and free shipping. I already received my first order and I have been very pleased, so I won't be going back to Pet SuperMarket. I think it's important to note that if you are going to have a brick and mortar store in today's world, customer service is truly key. read more

My first experience was pleasant. I purchased two dog sweaters. I asked the salesperson what their exchange policy was. He said I could exchange the sweaters- no problem. I would only need to show my sales receipt. One of the sweaters was a perfect fit. The other was too small. I returned to the store the next day to exchange the small dog sweater for a larger one. This salesperson was unpleasant and dismissive. She said I could only exchange the sweater if I became a 'preferred customer'. This was not explained to me when I made the initial purchase. Also, becoming a 'preferred customer' involved disclosing much personal information. With several other patrons standing around, I had to audibly give her my first and last name, telephone number, address, zip code, and email. After which she informed me that I could not return the item without the hanger it came with. I can return a human sweater at any major department store without the hanger, but not at the pet supermarket. I will not be returning to this store and would warn any prospective customers about shipping there. read more
