Not happy with service. First truck broke down and was rescheduled. Job was worst I have had by any groomer. Not sure if it was a rush job because of fitting me in after they were a no show. I got home a hour after job was done from Work and all three dogs smelled dirty still. Teeth do not seem brushed and one of my dogs was barely trimmed. To top it off was over charged. Not sure if about $200 more than petsmart would have charged was worth it , considering when I have picked them up after a spa day there they stay clean and smell nice for a few weeks. It's a shame. Was really hoping that this would work. At my age it's very hard to take three dogs anywhere. I will not use them again read more

I used Heather the first time over a decade ago when it was all new. Now here I am unable to keep a regular Shedule doing it myself so Heather to the rescue! First of all, in a pandemic when you want to limit contact with people and you want to save time, a mobile pet salon is the best option. I love the convenience that this service provides. Up until Heather's MPS, I had never used a mobile pet salon. I am a believer now. My Luna received great care and a fabulous cut. Luna was spared the anxiety of the drive to the groomer, and the wait at the groomer, and she was washed/cut/loved and returned in record time. It is more expensive than a groomer at a store, but I expect to pay some premium for door-side service. I'd probably prefer about $20 less, but I'll book again for the convenience. read more

She went above and beyond to make my grumpy pup feel comfortable with getting her nails trimmed. Always extremely gentle with our 15 year old Polie who is deaf and blind. They did an excellent job grooming our dog. They were very efficient. It was just under an hour for a de-shedding bath and she was totally dry when she was done. The dog's coat has been so incredibly soft since her appointment, and the shampoo they used has her still smelling amazing days later. I just wish it were possible to schedule a general time frame, even if the time frame were a few hours. I had to leave the day entirely open to being available for her appointment. Still, it was convenient to have them come to the house and the price was comparable with other grooming options, so we will definitely be using again. read more

First timer and Pam did a great job with our baby's cut. Loved the convenience and personalization...BUT But it's a BIG one. The price is UNBELIEVABLY EXPENSIVE!!!! And I mean CRAZY EXPENSIVE!! my shih tzu is 20 lbs, well care for and a doll baby. Out the door it was...wait for it...$167!!!! I about lost my lunch! Briana said she had emailed me, but no, not true. I have asked to speak to the owner but received no call. Repeatedly, no call! I don't believe Briana is even giving my messages to Heather. BEWARE! They will overcharge you! And lie. They charged me for a "service" I didn't ask for. Because you can't see what they are doing to your dog it's hard to know what they are actually doing. I put off writing this review until I could do so without being upset, but I was truly disappointed with this service. I was not thrilled from the start that we couldn't actually book a time of day to get our dog groomed. My husband booked the mobile service for a Friday morning since we were going out of town that afternoon, but they said they wouldn't be able to confirm the time until the night before we were scheduled, which seemed odd but they said it would be a morning appointment so we just went along with it. The night before, we get a message saying it they would be here right before noon and would likely only be done around 2 or 3. That's not what we had discussed with them on the phone, so we had to postpone the entire grooming. When we were finally able to reschedule, I was so disappointed in our dog's cut. We have a Great Pyrenees, and I told the lady that we know the breed is not supposed to be cut super short, so we just needed him trimmed up as he was a little too shaggy for the summer. He came back in and everything looked so choppy and uneven, it looked like they took kitchen scissors to him. I only added the second star because the de-shedding service with the bath seemed to have worked well. Maybe the groomer we had just doesn't know how to groom larger dogs, but I would not recommend this service. read more

The groomer should up on time and was nice. I showed her pictures of what I wanted and told her exactly what I didn't want ..."a Westminster puffy short haired show dog" I like the shaggy dog looked. I got exactly what I didn't want! After speaking with company nothing was done to to compensate for the totally disregard of our requests. Let me put it this way. My 9 year old daughter opened the front door when they were finished, slammed it shut and took of running in tears!!! Do not use this company!!! Terrible customer service. As monthly client, so difficult to deal with their schedule. I was given a three hour window for an afternoon service. The tech rushed through morning appointments and arrived at my house early. Then they cancelled my appointment because I was not home early to meet them. I arrived home well before the window, and they would not turn around and come back. EXPENSIVE for such terrible customer service. You are not able to schedule a specific appointment time because of route efficiency. But when the route is ahead of schedule, you lose. Also be aware of "Monthly specials" Not special and no deal to be had. read more

My boy Rugger was shedding so bad I had to finally find a groomer! He has such bad separation anxiety but Niki calmed me and him down and did a lovely and quick job! He smelled great and she even did his nails... which is unheard of for my dog. At home we had to hold him down, sedate him, and then spoon feed him peanut butter to trim his nails!
