First of all, I want to start off by saying this place is always very clean !! They are constantly keeping it clean and maintained! I've been to other daycares and they don't keep it very clean, my dog has gotten kennel cough twice at her old daycare; I don't have to worry about that at PETSUITES Cypress! We've been taking our German Shepherd, Crosby, to PetSuites Cypress for three years, but after countless inconsistencies, we can no longer trust them with her care. At first, we appreciated their services, but over time, the issues piled up: - Inadequate cameras in the play area that don't cover the full space, leaving us unsure of what really happens. - "Pawgress" reports included photos of other dogs, not Crosby, making us question if she was even getting the attention we paid for. - Fearful reactions--Crosby started shaking and whining at drop-off, which she never used to do. - Unfulfilled services: Multiple times, we paid for grooming (including Furmination) only for her to come home completely untouched, despite wearing a bandana like she'd been groomed. Staff apologized and promised refunds, but nothing changed. The final straw? After her last "grooming," Crosby came home filthy, stinking like creek water, and with thick layer of loose fur--proof she hadn't been brushed, let alone Furminated. When I complained, they offered a refund (still not received). It's heartbreaking to leave after three years, but PetSuites has repeatedly failed our trust. Crosby deserves better, and so do you. I took my dog here and was turned away after waiting for almost a half hour for the registration to be completed. There was a glitch in the system. After all that time and after speaking with someone on the phone extensively the day before, I was told that he was missing the dog flu vaccine and that it's required. The person who I spoke with the day before did not mention this. Also, this is what it says on their website: Recommended Vaccine Canine Influenza: We accept the 12-month Canine Influenza vaccine (It is not required but is recommended when having your dog in any setting with other dogs) So the employee who was trying to check me in and the employee helping her lied! Had my 2 dogs there for 10 days. They were taken care of well. Big thanks to Alec, Cas and Arabella. I used to bring my dog here about 6 years ago but then moved and started to use Petsuites in Missouri City. The dogs and beds and toys always came home smelling of urine from Missouri City. Dogs were very clean coming back from Cypress! My dog has a chronic cough and when it got worse Cypress called to tell me. I appreciated that so much!! IF YOU HAVE A WEIRD DOG, THIS REVIEW'S FOR YOU For starters, my dog is 70% feral. I rescued her after she was hit by a car and pregnant at 8 months old. I started worrying about her because she'd growl at strangers, and I knew I needed to do something about it. So, I figured boarding would help her. She could use the new people everyday to gain more confidence, and I was hoping it would help her. I brought along my pug, her assistant, to help with this transition and to hopefully give her more assistance. It MASSIVELY helped that the owner told me she works with rescues, and even has some of her own from the exact rescue I got my girl from! Oh. My. God. After just TWO stays, my dog is a new girl. She no longer growls at strangers, but rather goes up to them to smell. She also LOVES going to boarding, and I can only assume it's from the loving employees at the facility. We started taking our pup, Maverick, who was 5 months old at the time for puppy preschool and training with Christina. This has been the best decision we could have made for Mav. The hosts at the front, staff and trainers are unbelievable. They truly love their jobs. Maverick gets so excited to go he carries his bag to the back door to let us know it's time to go. When we arrive the hosts always have a smile and great Maverick with a rub, pat and sometimes a hug when he jumps up. The facility is super clean and well maintained. Christina is an amazing trainer. Maverick loves her. Whenever he sees her he can't wait to greet her. She has done an exceptional job training him. The training continues! I really can't say enough about Pet Suites. Absolutely terrible management and poor communication. These people accepted my reservation online, had me spend $250 on vaccinations, let me pay the deposit in person, said "we'll see you tomorrow", and then text me an hour later and canceled my reservation. I just have to say that every one so that I have had the pleasure to run into at pet suites has been amazing. The staff here goes above and beyond to show you that you and your pup are welcomed. Grom 6:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. your dog is taken care of for $23. Hallelujah!!!!! Make sure to have your dog's vaccines are Up-to-date. Especially the influenza vaccine that vets do not typically give out unless requested. Pet suites is equivalent to a pup sanctuary with a really awesome outdoor playground. They even have an underground pool that the pups can play in when the summer comes. For the love of sweet sweet peace, where has this place been!? Let's not dwell on the past and 3 couches that I can never get back. Moving forward I am extremely excited about taking my boy here. read more

I have never boarded my dogs before two weeks ago. I was worries but that isn't their fault that comes from nevwr leaving my dogs side for 5 yrs longer than 8 hrs. Smh. Anyway, they got a townhouse with a tv, lots of love and wven pamoered my female bully with a bath. If ever i have to board them again this is definitely the place ill go. The staff were amazing. Positives: Flexible hours for drop off/pick up Negatives: Groomer is rude and had an attitude. Poor dog was shaved too close and uneven everywhere. Also had a bunch of cuts and some nails were bleeding as well. $90 was not worth such a terrible job! It would've been cheaper to buy clippers and do it yourselves. So far my puppy has had a good experience, however if you plan on getting your pet trimmed I would definitely steer away as the groomer decided to almost graze my dog on her butt area is the same a 'very little trim'. I said no cutting around the body and yet there was, as well as on the legs. I even texted to reiterate to not cut around the body and still the message didn't go through. For $110 dollars, plus 20 dollar tip.... I would expect at least an even trim on the rear only. In terms of staff, everyone is kind. The facility is clean and has room for your pets to feel comfortable. It's not a bad place, but just has a terrible groomer unfortunately. read more

My pup loves loves doing day care at pet suites! He sees the door from the car and he goes nuts! They are a bit pricey but it's totally worth it for what you're getting. If you're curious, just go in and take a little tour! The staff is very kind and patient. They treat your fur baby like your own. They are just warm and welcoming people and I always feel at ease dropping off my pup. I also do grooming here as well and the groomer does a great job! She takes the time to listen to what you want and the results are great. My dogs smell and look awesome when I go pick them up! In addition they also have a tent set outside every second Sunday of the month for cheaper vaccines! We did that with my dog and it was quick and easy and affordable. I highly recommend pet suites in cypress. I can't thank them enough for how they treat my pup. They also send me cute pictures which I love receiving. read more

Holly, our golden retriever, has been staying here for probably 10 years or as long as they have been there, and we have always been very happy with their services. It is well-managed, well-staffed and the "hosts" are always genuinely excited to see Holly. You can tell that they truly love animals and love their jobs. Holly is always happy to go with them and never hesitates when I check her in. This past week they totally went above and beyond for Holly. We were on an extended vacation and Holly stayed for 10 days. About the 3rd or 4th day, Holly (who is 13 yrs old) had an upset stomach and threw up. They contacted me immediately and Cari - the assistant manager, helped me troubleshoot Holly's issue over the next couple of days. Both Cari and the hosts texted and communicated with me. They were honest and always had Holly's (as well as the other pets) best interest in mind. We were able to manage everything (thanks to Amazon and Lazy Dog delivery of chicken) and to settle Holly. We picked her up and I would have never known she had had any issues earlier in the week. They truly cared and took care of Holly as if she was their pet. I am forever grateful to them, and they have my complete trust. read more

Okay so I am the craziest of the crazy dog moms, they are my children, and I cannot day enough good things about this place. The staff is beyond friendly to not only me but also to my pets and you can truly care that they care about your pets and understand how much you love them. One girl went above and beyond and would text me pictures from her personal cell of my boys in group play and pics of them sleeping in their room- it got me through my weekend away. You will never have to worry about the care, quality of attention, timely feedings, cleanliness or regularity of bio breaks. All pets have fun here. No pet is just caged and forgotten. Staff knows your treasured pets name, tracks the feedings, bio breaks and will pay special attention pet care instructions. The staff cares about the mental & physical state of my active pet throughout the day. PetSuites hours are most convenient 6:30 AM til 8:00 PM every day, for my work, events, travel or emergency boarding / day care. Easy access FM1960 at Hwy 290, area construction almost complete, worth the drive, great for those who live in northwest Houston. I would drive across town to have my pet stay here during my vacation or business travel. My canine, a 7 year old St Bernard mix, is always happy at PetSuites. I repeat this because we stopped in at his former kennel where he did not even want to go through the former kennel's front door. At the former kennel illness and poor care were discovered. The former kennel management would not pay for illnesses cause from poor sanitary practices. There is a distinct difference in the superior quality at PetSuites and my dog knows it. I should have known better since I had an issue with my 1st appointment. I had talked to someone about how I wanted my fur baby's cut to be and he supposedly took my information only to find out on the day of my appointment that there was no notation of what I wanted - had to repeat myself. Ok - looked that over since the groomer that my dog had seemed to be a caring individual. Gave them another chance and made an online appointment on Friday 6-4-2021 for Saturday. I was able to select Saturday from the online reservation program. Arrived for appointment on Saturday only to find out they have no record of my reservation made on Friday. The ladies at the front desk advised that since they are fully booked they cannot accept my fur baby but we can reschedule. No work around suggestion (i.e. can they possibly fit in by reaching out to their groomers). I said no thank you with rescheduling and advised them that I will not be going back. Went home to see about making an appointment with another groomer and on to receive a text from this place reminding me to bring my vaccination records for my upcoming appointment. This resulted in blowing my top and calling Petsuites directly and advising them of situation. The lady I was talking to stated since they don't see my reservation in their system - and there is nothing they can do for me even though I received a text from them. She said they have other locations and asked am I sure that I made it with them to which I responded well I happen to dial the number that was provided in my text and they answered. You know I don't have any issues with making mistakes but to just not offer you any solution to their mistake is a big deal for me. If Saturday is booked why was I able to select this date from their online reservation program. Other groomers who have online reservation DOES NOT ALLOW YOU TO SELECT A DATE if they have no availability. No management showed up to assist with the scheduling error. It ended being their word against mine. No I didn't take names since I don't think it's worth it. I cannot recommend this place enough! Dropped my corgi off for his first day of daycare and everyone was so welcoming and nice. Whenever I drop him off, they are so excited to see him. They took the time to understand his personality and behavior around other people and dogs. When I came to pick him up, I asked for a tour of the facility and the employee was very informative and super nice and helpful. The inside of the facility is so clean and bright and open. The outside is also very clean and they let the dogs play in between outside and inside. The outside area also has adorable bone shaped in-ground pools. Whenever I pick him up, they tell me all about his day, which I love to hear that they really care about the dogs and pay attention to them. I had to drop my baby Cairo off during the first day of our move and he had so much fun. I did give him a skinny dip, or the 10 min pool playtime. My honey isn't fixed so he got one on one playtime and everyone came out to say bye to him and he was so happy when I picked him up. He did play rough outside and split his paw open, but they notified me of it and gave me tips on rubbing coconut oil on his paws to soften them. TERRIBLE service! I have had my grooming appointment rescheduled three different times at the last minute. It's always some excuse with management as to why they cancel the day before/of. You would think a "good" business like this would have more than just one groomer but apparently not. I've had my appointments set three weeks in advance too and I still get shafted by this place. Not to mention the pricing is ridiculous compared to others around the area. If I could give negative stars I would!! Save your time & money, don't go here! read more

I've been taking my pup to Pet Suites now for a month. The staff knew him immediately upon our second visit! He loves going to All Day Play! He also enjoyed staying overnight so we could test out boarding! I have a very happy pup that loves this home away from home. Only wish there was a earlier drop off time. I took Diamond in for grooming today at PetSuites Cypress. It was our first time there, and it was wonderful! I was a little worried because this was Diamond's first time with these groomers, and I wasn't sure how she would react to them. But they all got along great with Diamond, and she loved them. Mary did an excellent job and was a huge help to me. Diamond got some playtime with new doggy friends, and then she got her bath, nails trimmed and buffed, teeth cleaned, and all the other parts that needed to be taken care of! Diamond got a wonderful Valentine bandanna, and she brought a Valentine home for me! PetSuites Cypress is my new "go to" place. I know she's going to make a lot of new doggy friends at play time quite often. read more

Got charged more than what I was told over the phone. I was quoted over the phone for $35 for the bronze suite + $10 for the playtime package for a total of $45 for a single night board. When I picked up my dog the next morning my total was $60! A $5 extra fee for holidays (which was never mentioned before) and the $10 package charged twice (never mentioned! They don't tell you this over the phone. Sneaky ways to tack on fees. I'm going to look elsewhere to board my pets. read more

This is by far the BEST place to take your fur baby! We have been taking our pup there for "puppy preschool" since February. All the employees, I mean ALL of them are absolutely amazing and I consider them like our extended family! We are also having them train our puppy, who is now 5 1/2 months old. He's learning so much and we are extremely pleased. When he's around 6 months he will be able to go into group play with the other bigger dogs. We all can't wait for that to happen! I arrived at the rehabilitation center across the street to visit someone and upon getting out of my car I hear a dog start to bark at Pet Suites, followed immediately by a woman employee yelling and yelling "shut up!" in a very harsh manner. When I called to let someone know, both employees that I spoke to sounded somewhat unconcerned. I told them that it was disturbing that I could clearly hear that from across the street and that I'd never want my pet at a place that treated an animal like that, especially when they bark like normal dogs do. I would give this place no stars if I could. I was recommended by a friend I know that brings her dog to PetSuites, so I decided to try it out and see how it would go. I drove up there, waited outside for 30 minutes waiting for someone to come out. I saw other people's dogs come in and out when I was there before them. A pregnant woman and a tall brunette woman looked at my car through the office window more than 5 times and did not come out to even greet me. I had to call the facility 3 times, and all 3 times I asked to speak to a manager and was told someone would be outside to get my pup for puppy preschool and also to talk about training. They said, "the managers are not available at the moment" even though they were looking at me through the window....I have multiple dogs who have been to other daycares and I was never treated this way. The place looked very nice, I thought it would be a good experience for my new pup and my other dogs, but I guess they don't really care about new customers. Only the ones that have been coming longer. I've never been so disgusted, I am a manager myself and this is not how I conduct a business. Very unprofessional and disappointing. The pregnant woman and the tall brunette woman looked like managers, I'm just guessing, because they were wearing different colored shirts than everyone else (purple) which was even more disappointing. Also, wanted my pup trained. I heard about a girl named Dominique who was great I have some mutual friends whose dogs have been trained by her and she has done amazing work!! I wanted my pup trained by her, but nobody wanted to talk to me about training or getting my dog set up for puppy preschool I don't recommend this place to anyone.
