I didn't really find a good selection of the items I was looking for so I didn't make a purchase nor did I have any interaction with the staff. Well being a new cat owner and the fact I haven't spent much time in a pet store I got the impression that it really is a "dog's world" it appears about 80% of the entire inventory is devote to what's been described as "man's best friend" and the remaining 20% is for all the rest of the animals. I've had multiple encounters with this particular employee, and none have been good. Today I had…read moreenough of her rude and disrespectful attitude. I've been coming into this store for years mostly to use your dog wash. I have two dogs one is very large and fluffy so your baths are great for my back. In the past she has an attitude and been rude in general when just simply asking for the towels (I bring my own soap), checking out, and when she informed me of the price increase on the dog washes. Today when I arrived there was no-one in sight so I called out "hello", and she was who answered with "what do you want" I asked for two washes as usual, she asked if I needed soap, I told her no, and she gave me three towels. Each wash usually comes with 3 towels, so stated can I please have more, I have a fluffy one. She then gave me one extra. I then said "I see we're increasing prices and limiting towels now", and walked toward the bath area. She then follows me and said "is there a problem" : "I said yes it's usually 3 towels per dog, but it's fine". She continued to follow me and said "I can refuse you service you know" and at that point I was over her attitude, so I said "i've been coming here for years. I know the routine and you've never once been nice, so go ahead and continue being a bitch and I will contact your employer, i'm over your sh*t". I already had my dogs off leash inside the dog wash area with the gate closed, she then said "what are you a child, thats it get out" and opened the gate and let me dog run free (the door to the store is also right there so he tried to leave the store and run in the road). I then yelled "why the fu*k did you open the gate and let my dog run? you saw that he was off leash." She stated that she didn't, but it's on camera that she did, as I was nowhere near the gate or the door and I was holding my other dog. Something needs to be done with her, she isn't a nice person, my dog could've been injured by cars in the parking lot (luckily he isn't a runner). I know I shouldn't have called her a name or cussed but this was the last straw with her attitude for no reason. I can only imagine how she interacts with other customers/employees. I will not be returning to this store until I know something is done about that employee, nor will I support a company that employs people like her. Her name is Stefanie (it wasn't spelled the traditional way), she's a middle aged woman with black hair and it was in two braids. I advise everyone to avoid this store and this employee.

I pulled in here after stopping in a few other stores - this is a beautiful store and super clean with lots of inventory, unfortunately the selection for the item I was looking for was poor so I ended up finding what I was looking for on Amazon after talking to a very friendly member of the staff here. What was also evident here is this is a dog owners dream retailer, while walking around this gigantic space there were dogs being trained in the center of the store, and dogs on leashes down ever aisle ruff ruff ruff is definitely the language spoken here...

We have a love hate relationship with this place. We've been going here for 2 years, boarding our…read moredog at least 3x. The first two times they still had their policy in place that they'd send pictures of our pet everyday when they were let out. We would have to call and beg for these pictures! Even when we did receive the first set of pictures, the next day they "took him out" they sent us the SAME picture from the previous day. When we dropped him off we asked about pictures again but now their policy has changed. They now post pictures on their Facebook for us to see. As soon as I checked their Facebook the most recent picture was 6 days ago!! Their reasoning for changing the policy was because people kept calling them for pictures since they weren't receiving them. We boarded him for 5 full days, one day being a holiday, and we did not see a picture of our pet. Although I don't agree with the harassing calls, pet parents are entrusting you with their loved ones. It's extremely hard to trust them when they don't even follow their own policies and we're left in the dark about our pets well being.
