Haney is amazing with all of them. One of our dogs is a rescued puppy mill mama. She is still afraid of so much and Haney is so gentle and caring with her. Another of our dogs is blind. He LOVES Haney and knows that he can trust him. Our third dog is a giant puppy and Haney takes great care of him too. No matter what your grooming needs are, Wagging Zone will work with you to take the best care of all of your furry family members. We are so grateful every time the van pulls in our driveway and makes what could be a stressful experience so calm and safe. She placed the leash tightly around his neck and dragged him toward the grooming area. The door hit him in the face as she walked through. Watching this was shocking and unacceptable! Once on the table, my dog was visibly distressed, shaking and drooling. Despite this, she raised the table while he tried to escape and ignored his obvious fear. A restraint was placed around his neck, and he began violently whipping his head back and forth while she did nothing to comfort or calm him. My partner couldn't continue watching because it was so upsetting. I eventually had to ask staff to console and soothe my dog something that should never have been necessary!!! When they finally returned him, only about half of his nails had been trimmed. I left feeling like I paid for my dog and myself to be emotionally traumatized. I will never return to this location and will be warning friends and family with pets to avoid it as well.

As for price, definitely reasonable. Also I brought my two girls in for a nail trim a couple weeks ago. The staff had us in & out in less than 10 mins. Definitely recommend.

Desperately need to update their understanding of hermit crab care. 2 dead in the tank, no humidity gauge, insufficient shell choice, where's the salt and fresh water pools??? You won't have to continuously replace dead crabs if you make small changes to prevent their death. 72-82% humidity and temperature is the BARE minimum, they have gills you are slowly suffocating them to death. Mind you these crabs can't be born is captivity so they are literally being captured then tortured in the store. Do better. read more

Saw a pet adoption event outside of the store... it is currently 97° outside. The employees running it should be wearing fur coats themselves. Shame on this store, taking my business elsewhere. A pet store, of all places, should know better. read more
