Use them for 3 dogs caught them adding unauthorized services to grooming bill charged one for flea treatment my dogs have no fleas had to have gotten one from their facility an then charged me twice for spa grooming I did not order they are running a scam in grooming department watch your bill closely and Manager admits no wrong absolutely never heard of customer service .I will no longer do any business with pet supply plus maybe if clean house in grooming department may reconsider but doubtful read more

I've always had a great experience with the staff, especially the manager, Logan. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I normally go in with my dog to train him with neutrality with humans and other dogs, I always feel welcome and my dog loves the staff members. Best place to get treats from and mainly everyone is quite experienced in knowing a good recommendation on what you are looking for. The building is always clean and tidy. UPDATE ******** Taking them down a star because I came in one night and asked if they had Flexi 'cord' leashes and they said No. I ordered it on Amazon and received it 5 days later. But today - I discovered that they have a MASSIVE selection of Flexi cord leashes. If the sales rep had said "I don't know" I would have looked for myself - but because she said they didn't sell them - I didn't bother to check. Lazy staff - UGH. Don't they realize that this costs the business a potential sale and if it happens enough and store closes - the lazy associate is out of a job! ******************** This store has a great selection (I visited after discovering they carried Fromm dog food). The staff is helpful and polite. The only thing that keeps them from receiving a five star review is the fact that they're pricey compared to big stores like Pet Supermarket and PetSmart. Probably because the big chain stores can save by buying in bulk and offer those items at cheaper price. I'll be back! read more

Unprofessional, poor quality grooming. I heard my little dog whimpering in pain when they did his ears & When I got home I found a nail hanging off. One groomer kept yelling at a dog because it was barking. She kept talking about how they "wanted to get out of there by 5:00". read more

Great place with a huge selection for all pets. Very friendly staff. They even have a special cookie counter if you are a dog owner.

I use the dog wash for my ocean loving pup. Facilities are great. I love the 5 package deal for washes.

I purchased my dog's food the lady told me that if they didn't like it keep my receipt and I could return it so that is what I've done just because I used a coupon that day when I return the food lo and behold they would not give me an even exchange as a matter of fact I got less food and even had to pay for it! I have cats that require urinary cat food, I don't understand why this store shelves are repeatedly empty now, with the food I've been buying for months while the pet store across town has a full supply of this food. This has been an issue for months. I will now shop across town for their food, I live closer to Pet Supplies Plus but my trips have become useless there to purchase the food my cats require. read more

The store was well stocked, clean and the employees were all very friendly. The main reason I went in was for Miss Lisa to groom my miniature schnauzer. She did a fabulous job. She was very friendly and personable. She didn't take all that long but did a wonderful job at grooming my little guy. I will definitely be back next time he needs a grooming. read more

I went here to use the "pet wash station" 45 minutes before closing and was turned away because they will only allow washes "at least one hour before closing". I looked around for the sign stating that fact and couldn't find one. Either it's somewhat of a secret policy, or the guy cleaning the station at 5:15 didn't feel like re-cleaning a tub. read more

This is ABSOLUTELY the BEST pet store we have in the area. The associates here truly care about the clients who come here. Bradley, the Assistant manager here is kind and answered all of my questions as well as advised me when I was unable to actually look at what I was needing. Meghan is also very patient and helpful. I just can't say enough good things about these folks. I haven't met anyone there yet who did not go above and beyond to help with whatever is needed. Fantastic team of caring people!! No Aubrey...I didn't forget about you Proud to call this MY pet store. Let's not forget about the prices here. We all know that's important too...Right?? The prices are great and they ALWAYS have a sale going on. They have a much better selection of quality products than your grocery store or general retail store. Outstanding service! All the employees are courteous, friendly and very helpful. The manager (Ms. Wooten), assistant manager (Ms. Martin) and the pet groomer (Ms. Gilbert) are exceptionally helpful and extremely fond of all the pets that customers bring into the store. They really go out of their way to make the pets and their owners comfortable and happy. Ms. Wooten, Ms. Martin and Ms. Gilbert have superb attitudes and provide service well above and beyond what other pet stores provide. These three women are a credit to Pet Supplies Plus and are great ambassadors for the local store and the Pet Supplies Plus brand.
