The Manager was very rough with my Jack Russell Terrier, Beans, so bad, I had to bring him to the vet after I noticed him limping after Erik cut his nails. 200$ vet bill! Terrible conditions for the animals. Very small enclosures for the animals and the fish tanks are FILTHY. Every time I go there I see dead fish, and tanks are so covered in algae you can barely even see into them. Customer service is lacking also with employees spending all their time talking to each other and completely ignoring the customers. When you do find someone to help it feels like you are a burden to them. I will not be coming back, I cannot support a place that takes such poor care of their animals and fish. Every time we go in to the store for crickets we have to search for someone to help us. A lot of the times there are employees watching us stand in front of the cricket tanks just waiting and they never ask if we need help. When we ask for help we are met with less than friendly service most of the time. We very rarely see employees working. There are only a certain few who are actually busy, while the rest stand around having personal conversations. The customer service is less than satisfactory. read more

I brought my pup in for a self service bath and nail trim. My dog HATES getting his nails cut and he howls, cries, and even growls a little bit. The people who clipped his nails were amazing. They had a great hold on him and were extremely patient in hiding the clippers at first and getting to know him. They said his name multiple times and reassured him. He was extremely dramatic while getting his nails done, but they did an amazing job. I really appreciate how much time they took and how patient they were. read more

Today makes one full week since I bought my Albino Senegalus Eel, fish is doing great, alive and well. Me and my daughter named it "No Gurantee". Since thats what the women who work last Sunday around 3 p.m. said about 12 times along with how it would not make it, Since she said I need to have my fish tank cycle water for 2-3 months before adding any fish to it. You even sale product for fish tanks that eliminates harmful chemicals and introduce good bacteria to the fish tank rapidly , you know Prevent new tank syndrome. She should be more worried about putting more than 3 inches of water inside of a little bag. You're not an Ichthyologist. You're "opinion" is completely wrong and honestly don't know what the hell your problem was last week over a 18 dollar fish. read more

I've been in the store many times and it is always very clean and neat. The employees are also very friendly. I used curbside the other day for the first time I ordered it at work so it would be ready when I left. When I got there it was very easy to say I had arrived and employee came out with my order very quickly. I just took my dog to get his nails trimmed, it was my first time going. i was led to a mat on the floor one was holding him down one was cutting his nails. i informed them that he has a couple of black toe nails and if they were able to cut them because i know they are difficult to cut - she assured me that she was able to do it. they were on the third leg- the front right and he yelped like he was in pain. The staff didn't say anything about it and switched from the one holding him to now he was cutting his last paw....3 hours later he is bleeding and it won't stop. overall bad experience.. honestly would have liked some acknowledgment that they cut it to short. my car interior is messed up and my dog is in pain. read more

Regis I am a physically disabled individual, and was completely ignored when asking questions. I attempted several times, and they would only acknowledge the person I was with. To make matters even worse, I was further ignored when the staff was trying to cut my dog's nails, and I realized he wasn't comfortable. I asked them to stop, they didn't, and ended up cutting him. Horrible, discriminatory customer service. They will never get another penny from me. read more

I used to love to come to this store. I came in all the time to purchase dog food or even use the self washing area for my dogs. However my thoughts of this place has completely changed. I stopped in yesterday to buy my dogs some food and Brenna D. (a cashier) thought it was okay to tell me that I'm going to give my dogs cancer and kill them because of what my VETERINARIAN told me to feed my dogs. They are in perfect health and I do not appreciate a cashier telling me that I'm killing my dogs. Never returning you lost a very loyal customer. read more

My husband and I went into the store looking for a fuzzy mouse for our snake, Sahara, and the entire time we were glared at by a male employee. Maybe he thought we were suspicious because of our backpacks, in which we needed to bring in because we decided to use our scooter rather than our vehicle on such a nice day and we didn't want to risk leaving our belongings outside.
