She then proceeded to explain to me that you shouldn't cut down a Border Colie because they have a double coat. But, she did do one the week before and it looked really cute but you really shouldn't. That's great, I'm glad I just want a trim. My boyfriend arrive for our appointment and was asked what the dog was having done. He told her whatever was discussed with the mom, a trim. When he went to pick the dog up he walked right by her, not even recognizing her. She shaved our Border Colie completely down to nothing. I left several messages requesting a return call hoping for acknowledgement of her wrong doing. After several days of no return call I decided to go by. There was not one second during my interaction with this lady where she demonstrated professional behavior. She immediately began yelling at me telling me that's what I wanted. When I told her that was not true, she then said that's what whoever dropped the dog off said. This is also not true. She then began yelling that the dogs hair was matted and she couldn't get through it. Again, not true. She began screaming at me" call the cops on me, get off my property fatso." During this time her two dogs escaped from the house and down off her porch. She was yelling at them in between yelling at me. The poor dogs were going crazy, running in circles. My boyfriend and daughter dropped the dog off they heard them screaming at the dogs that were there, yelling at one because he wouldn't stay still. In such a hostile environment how could a dog stay still?! This lady is cruel to the dogs. She does not deserve to be in the presence of such special friends.

Claudia asked very important and probing questions to ensure she knew if any special accommodations were needed for Sarge given he is a senior dog.
