This is our go to store for dog baths and the place is clean, very well maintained with extremely helpful staff. We don't try getting a bath in for our dog at home, so we like that we can connect our leash to the hook near the bath areas and not have to worry about our dog running around dripping in water. We usually buy a card that's about $50 which runs for 6 bath visits. This includes bath towels and bath supplies which is very convenient. Definitely recommend if you don't want a floor dropping with water. read more

Went in at 5:00 on New Year's Eve. Other than Jack, a very nice cashier, there were no other employees in sight. He radio'd someone to tell me where the item I needed was. Wouldn't come up and I left after waiting for 20 minutes. also bought 2 items and I only came home with one. By far one of the best pet stores in Indy. this location is great and convenient to get to as well as plenty of parking. The staff are always amazingly helpful and super nice. I have never had a bad interaction with any staff. The selection here is wonderful, I have a dog and cat and they always have what im looking for and the prices are great. Additionally with the great prices they have a rewards program that pays off pretty well. The dog wash stations are clean and they even have one for oversized dogs which most don't. Super helpful with my German shepherd. Great overall pet store, with great staff and great prices. read more

Shopping for healthy food for cats can be tricky as there are MANY select for dogs. My first time here. I wished they had more selection in dry foods. Prices are higher than the location in Broadripple but I still found some good deals in canned food and treats. They have a whole area with a bunch of clearance Xmas stuff if you are looking for a bargain! I'd like to see more crystal litter..(harder to find at a good price).. read more

Just west of Allisonville Road on 116th is this pet store located in the same shopping plaza as the Kroger. There is plenty of parking nearby and the store was generally clean and orderly (though someone left one of those large ladders blocking one of the aisles.) The franchise out of Michigan isn't the largest pet store, but seems to carry a fair supply of healthy dog and cat foods, supplies for those pets and also sell birds, fish, and a few other critters. In the back is a dog washing room for those who like self serve, but prefer to not do it at home. I did notice that when I checked out, the Yelp discount seemed to show up as being expired. Fortunately, the clerk went ahead and gave me the 10% discount which I appreciated. Seems like the manager should look into that. Super convenient and easy pick up for online purchase. Personal grout it put yo my car and they were very nice!!! I like I didn't have to shut my car off then get out. I LOVE this place. Everyone is always very friendly and they always seem to have what we need!! I gave them a 3 stars because we ordered some koi fish a year or so ago for our outdoor pond but never received them. Nothing we were told about the koi fish happened. We followed up with the store but they claimed they do not have any record of our order. They are close to to home and we love that they support Robin's Nest so we continue to support them....just not with fish! read more

Went here last night to do the self dog bath. The have a stamp card you can buy and offer coupons frequently. Didn't realize they closed at 6:00 on Sunday and was 5:58. Want to give huge shoutout to young male worker who told me to go ahead so I proceeded to give Bentley the fastest bath ever. He doesn't enjoy it and won't let me dry him there so as I walked out at 6:03 they all waved bye! I always shop and buy my dog food etc here but have to give huge compliment to allowing me to do the bath as they cleaned up store for closing. I did call to speak with manager today and she knew exactly who I was talking about. Must be that special employee who still likes what he does and offers great customer service. The bird toys are a bit pricey compared to what I'm used to paying. However they did have a decent selection that was on sale. Without the sale however I don't think it's worth the price point. Overall the store appeared clean and the employees always seem friendly. The bird section is pretty small and limited. The employees are friendly & helpful way beyond what you ever see in a big box store. They offer carry out every time we buy something heavy. If the particular flavor or litter we want is on sale & out of stock they will order it & give the sale or coupon discount when it comes in. I was sad when the one in Avon closed. We went there for years. This location isn't super close, but they have some great deals and I like we can always find the dog food and treats our dogs like. I love that the staff is always so helpful and ready to answer questions. We love taking our dogs to visit and they get to sample some of the treats. Our last stop we got to try a new dental chew and our dog loved it. He is currently carrying around the wrapper which he begged me for from my side table. He isn't eating it, just wants it with him. I have never seem him act that way. I can't wait to go back and buy Sen5es chews the next time we go. I love our dogs can go with us and help shop. We love PSP Fishers, the customer service is always great, they have very fair prices. Recently we've started curbside pick up; due to having a newborn baby... it's been absolutely wonderful. I placed a buy online, pick up in store option as I was unable to find my dogs food at 6 nearby locations. The following day, the store contacted me that unfortunately they were out of the dog food and would need to cancel my order. Both Carli and Kenzie assisted me and I asked if they would honor the price I purchased when the dog food returns back in stock and they said yes, no problem. Later that day, the manager called me back sharing she was able to locate 1 bag of dog food and offered to hold it for me as I live 45 minutes away. Upon arriving at the store 2 days later to purchase, the gentleman who assisted me was professional and didn't hesitate to honor my online purchased price that was originally canceled due to inventory out of stock. This may be the best customer service I have experienced in the last 2 years, I would highly recommend this location to anyone! read more

I have a 90lb dog, so I was on the search for a diy bathing station which would be easier to use than my bathtub. Pet Supplies Plus was perfect! The kind sales associate explained the bath card promotion they have. For $25 you get a punch card good for 5 baths. That's a better deal than I've found anywhere else. There are two baths in the back. One is under repair at the moment. We were able to use it. The set up has stairs for the dog to get in a big bath, a long hose with a wide nozzle where you can control the pressure and a dryer. The air was blowing cold from the dryer. Not sure if there was a way to warm it up. The water was a good warm temp, not too hot. They also had shampoo brush scrub things to help really get the coat clean. This was such a convenient solution for us. After, we shopped around for treats and toys. This was such a good spot for us because they have allergy friendly treats! 10/10 recommend. read more

My family and I visited this location because we had just got my daughter a Guinea pig for her birthday and this was the nearest pet store. We needed to get "peanut" a home and supplies.
