The best grooming program in Indiana. We love Ally! I have a 4 year old Australian shepherd and a 14 week old teacup Pomeranian. Ally is very informative and ask questions. She gives options and explains what the fur babies need. They are well taken care of and are always happy when I pick them up. Always asked if I want to schedule next appointment. Like all of the PSP stores I've been to they are great. They have a very large selection of foods, supplements, treats, and more. They don't usually carry the cheaper foods you might find at big box stores but you will find mid grade to higher quality foods and supplements which I prefer. The staff at the stores are generally great. Always polite and professional but not all of them know a ton about products. There supply is one person though at each store that's an expert, just gotta find them. They have nice and great priced dog wash stations which I use often. And I think most have in house groomers as well if you need that service. Parking here at this location can be tough. I suggest just going to the parking areas to the south towards the furniture store as the north lot is tiny and usually packed. read more

Love love love this pet store! The staff are friendly and helpful and I love that they have so many options for food, treats, toys and services. I was showing someone around that might move to the area and she needed a pet store and this always my go to spot. She loved it and kept saying wow...they have that?!? So I know if she moves here she will join me in my raving about the store! We got a few baked items for her puppies (which were devoured) and again got such good service when asking questions. Came here to get my dog? Groomed and was very impressed with the outcome. They were able to take care of her and get her all cleaned up and trimmed up. Customer service is super friendly knowledgeable. I don't seem to rush or push extra packages on you either some grooming locations. Do like to do that my groomer was a plus top notch will definitely be back because of the work and the attention to detail on my dog. My groomer's name was Caitlyn. She took care of my pet on March 19th 2023. My pet's name was lexie she gave Her the Full service senior pet peckage which included the bath haircut and ear cleaning teeth brushing nail trimming shiny coat smooth and silky coat included eyes. Nose here cleaning which I believe already said but she came out looking beautiful. And i'm very impressed with the work I will most definitely be back. This was my first time ever visiting this store & location - I LOVED it! I had booked a grooming online for my dog after searching online at many reviews and places. So glad I found this gem. I dropped my dog off and about two hours later got a text to come pick him up, beautifully groomed (probably the best he's ever been in 7 years!) and affordable! Our groomer was Janet, very knowledgeable and kind. The other employees were welcoming and friendly as I walked in and out. I booked our next grooming right then and there, We found our new groomer and we won't be going anywhere else! This little store is stocked with so many items you might need for your furry, feathered or scaly friend. In my short visit, I was approached by 3 nice employees making sure I didn't need help. There's a groomer and a pet wash located in the back of the store. The only pets I saw for sale/adoption were 4 cats and some beta fish. Not even a tank of fish. The store had a funky smell as well. It did look like a decent choice for people who live or work nearby to stop in and grab their pet needs. read more

Great place for all kinds of stuff. I came in and walked the aisles and found they have just about everything you might need when it comes to supplies. Lots of pet toys and food cat, dog, reptile, fish whatever they basically have it. I have adopted 2 cats (kittens) within their store (they both have passed away now, one of them just recently & they both had long full happy lives with my Son & I, my Son grew up with them. I have also shopped at Pet Supplies for many many years, they are always very helpful with anything & everything I've ever needed. We also adopted probably at least 30-40 Betta fish from there throughout the past 20+ years. After I had 3 major hip surgeries and a major back surgery, I always knew I could go to Pet Supplies and someone would help me out to my car with heavy bags of cat food and heavy bags of kitty litter and my Son wouldn't have to worry about me. There is always something on the counter that you can purchase to donate to homeless animals and the prices work for my budget. It's annoying when every time we go in there the employees always offer snacks and want to pet my puppy. I would let him go over to them if that were the case or ask for the treat. I think the employees are really invasive in people's privacy. Last time we went in a pit almost jumped my little 11 pound puppy. I understand pets are allowed in there but if your dog is not trained and/or not socialized with other dogs, don't take them into a pet store. Not very many new toys brought in either. It's always the same stuff being sold. It'd be nice to have more of a variety. read more

Everyone working at the store is very friendly with your pet and also very helpful. They also offer other services that help you keep your pet comfortable, nail cutting trimming and space for proper Pet-bath. We appreciate her success at entering the Tuesday-Wednesday discount and the on-line order discount when the website screens repeatedly froze in the middle of our order attempts. The staff got our orders correct and ready before we arrived. We have stubbornly avoided the giant on-line pet stores to support smaller businesses. Not too far from home, driven by this place 100's of times. Never had a need to stop until we got a dog, decided to check it out I'd rather buy local than online. Good size store, greeted immediately, store sign saying they match prices, competitive, great selection of dog food/accessories dog grooming available as well. Found a nail trimmer, lady hooked me up with their card saved me $3, hey I'll take it. Pretty impressed with what they have here, CS was good in helping me find what I needed and answering my questions.
