Stopped by this location as i was in the area. I've came to this location once before and used the self service wash stations. I like this location for the self service as they have more than 2 wash stations, and it's not enclosed in a small room like the other location closer to my home. I didn't use the self wash station on today's visit. I only came in to buy more treats for my fur baby. They had a decent sale going on. Buy 1 get one 50% off. Well stocked shelves. Everything went well from the moment we arrived. Indigo was so kind and sweet and she knew and understood that my dog has a double coat and she can not be trimmed whatsoever or it will literally ruin my dogs fur/coat and make her be more susceptible to problems involving her skin. I took my cockapoo to this groomer for first time yesterday 5/31/25 and I had the worst experience. I dropped my dog off at 10 am and he still wasn't ready by 5:30. His hair cut was horrible and not finished and the groomer had the nerve to say that he was anxious. Really!!! I came to check on him by 3:30 pm because I hadn't received a text or a phone call, he was on the table when I walked in but was put on the floor to service another animal, ok, left came back, he's on the table again but put back on the floor to service different animal. they still charged the full amount! never going back there again. Let me say this, my dog was not a problem because he's groomed all the time. His old groomer has some issues with his building I'm so frustrated with my service. read more

Their prices are way way too high. They have some of the same stuff other places do but theirs is higher.

Love the variety of products available and ease of shopping there. I can be in and out with what I need in minutes and also earn rewards.

The Florissant location is definitely one of my favorite stores to visit. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. The store is always neat and organized. I never have an issue finding the things that I need. read more

I love this store! The selection is great. The employees that work there are amazing too! I've seen some crappy customers go there & act like they've got no sense but the people who work there never let that dull their shine. Keep being the excellent place you guys are. We brought our dog in to be groomed, and they did a fabulous job. We were a little nervous, because she is fairly new to us, rather large and not dog-friendly. But Megan and Destiny put us at ease and did a fabulous job with our Akita. For the quality of the service we received, we feel it was also a great. I am Absolutely distraught over some of the workers here, I came in a few weeks ago and haven't had the time to leave a review but I can't get over the poor customer service and discrimination, the manager side eyed me the entire time of my trip and every aisle I walked into she would follow, I'm use to this treatment from the more low end shops but I can't get over how rude this woman was, she followed me until I left and to me that's discrimination, didn't see her follow any of the caucasien patrons but when I came in she wouldn't back off me like she thought I was going to steal something, if I couldn't afford to buy something trust me this is the last location I'd try to do that at because of the poor service, I will be taking my business elsewhere because I can afford it, very disappointed read more

I'll never go their again.. Had an emergency , found a newborn kitten in garages They are the closest to me , went there to get bottle and formula. So when I needed more formula again I started looking around and found out they were the highest priced on both items.. Not just a little bit but a lot.. They charged $10.99 for the formula and $3.25 for the small bottle.. well, I found the bottle in Walmart for $1.25 and the formula for $5.99 at Pet co. Talk about over priced.. I adopted a cat just two months ago, so this was only the second pet supply store I've been to. I was struck by how helpful both of the people working at the front registers were. They take time to answer your questions and ask if there is anything else they can do to help. They were both very gracious and seemed to take their jobs to heart and to know what they were doing. Also, I give my cat a bit of wet food from the small cans of Fancy Feast each night and discovered that they're ten cents a can cheaper here than they are in the grocery store, and that was before they gave me the 10% discount. I'm sure I'll go here the next time I need supplies for my feline. read more

They made my poor LONGHAIRED chihuahua look like a short haired chihuahua!! His fur is only 2cm long now. They completely jacked up his haircut. First of all for longhaired chihuahuas are only supposed to have around their ears, back of the legs trimmed . His whole body was completely shaved down. My husband requested to not touch his tail they shortened that up too! I'm so upset about the hack job they did to him. I will never bring him back here again!! To top it off they cut his leg with scissors! Im so upset! read more

I placed my order for pick up in the morning. A few hours later I received a phone call saying they didn't have everything I ordered. They did however offer a substitute. I first took my lil chihuahua Lucy to them a month ago and raved about the service she rec'd. I took her back this past Sunday and I paid an extra $25 for shedding treatment and I know she did not get it. I picked her up a hair was all over my clothing, and my house after her treatment. I was very disappointed with my second trip. Sierra or Cierra did her treatment the second time. I hope the manager who I've been calling since Sunday will have her shampoo'd over again for $25 that got me nothing read more
