They are perfect there the groomers their helpers Maddox is awesome especially on standard poodles and golden doodles and we love them and Finnegan today had the best day of spa and beauty and he smells amazing. Feels amazing. Looks amazing and I swear he's way more handsome than ever and I'm thinking I might just keep them after all. Just tried to get some food for our pet, and they were closed. The door says they close at 7, but they were closed at 6:47 when we tried to go in. Knocked on the door and the girl at the register didn't even look up. They won't last long with service like this. read more

Very easily take my puppy to the self wash and dry pick up her puppy food and a toy on the way out, staff is very friendly and helpful.

Took my Great Pyrenees to get her nails cut and ears cleaned. They barely touched her nails with Dremel. They were still curved and very long. It was so bad I took her to the vet cut them the next day. The vet informed me that they were barely touched and could've been cut down a lot more. Just beware and check to make sure they cut the nails. I wasted money. read more

Made a $12 purchase that was the purchase from hell. Swiped my card and the keypad said Approved. Cashier #1 and #2 " it didn't go through it's just pending it will drop off after you swipe the card a second time. Swipe #2 keypad "Approved" 3rd cashier "it didn't go through do you have another form of payment" ME: What about the second pending charge my acct has now? #3 It will drop off. As you can imagine I have now been overcharged and spent half an hour on the phone... The owner needs to train the staff on the POS and apparently many other things according to the other reviews. read more

Dropped off Golden Retriever to get groomed and made sure to remind them that you cannot cut their fur too short (especially not shave) due to Golden Retriever's double coat. They ensured me that they were aware of this and were going to give her a light haircut/clean up. Picked up my Golden Retriever to her completely shaved- I am infuriated. Especially since I told them upfront exactly what NOT to do. And on top of that, the shave is beyond uneven!!! Find a professional groomer if you have a full-breed dog with a specialty coat. It's very obvious they don't know what they are doing. read more

I am very happy that we had a great experience at this pet store, lately it seems like every where you go there's a workers in a bad mood and having a bad day, but not this young lady! She was very helpful, showed us where the Guinea Pig stuff was for our little critters, she was very sweet and nice to my daughter(5). We went at night time if that matters... I definitely will make this a regular place to shop, prices are a little high but heck it's totally worth the money you're paying!!! I went to the new one in Gallatin, TN to do self wash with my service dog because they advertised "military free". I took my own towel and dog shampoo. Out of 3 employees none of them knew about the self dog wash being free. so I asked the one to call her boss and she said NO. Then she said only fire and police are free. I told her my husband is retired police officer. She said that didn't count. I asked her to call her manager. The manager said retired police and fire count. Train your staff. read more

I went there yesterday to have my dog groomed mind you I have a goldendoodle and we had let her winter coat get a little overgrown. I am taking responsibility for letting her hair grow out, however I hate that they made me feel like a bad owner for not combing her hair out which we do but apparently not quite enough for their standards. They said she was matted which wasn't true but I choked it up being the appt was made and I needed her hair trimmed, key word trimmed. She has more of a wiry coat and doesn't matt that easy so for one this groomer, young red head that is not as experienced as she thinks and was very insulting. She needs to learn some customer service skills because she is lacking them! I'd rather have had her say sorry we can't do it vs putting us through the ringer afterall that's what we were there for. At time of pick up I paid first prior to having her released as if I'm going to skip on not paying for services but I'll have to say was quite disappointing once I paid and saw her. She was completely shaved, her nails weren't trimmed, her ears were not cleaned. I could've done the same thing for $133 plus tip and not wasted my time to take off work and gas to drive there to be insulted and for her to be shaved. Then the young red head became ultra hostile when I asked for a copy of the grooming service auth form which by law you're entitled to get a copy of anything you sign. After fighting it I finally got a copy but I see why she didn't want me to have a copy because on the form she had written "owner has issue with this" paragraph 5 which states in the event of a medical emergency I authorize them to seek medical treatment at their vet facility and not at their expense for causing the harm to your pet but on your expense as the owner and no choice of being taken to your vet or you taking your own animal to your own vet. So either you agree and sign or don't agree and no services rendered. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Then to add insult to injury she was making comments about me to the other lady groomer saying I was weird and that me requesting the copy was weird. The bizarrest behavior ever to ever have gone through. So no thank you I will not be going back for grooming services this is the worse experience I've ever had and I will not ever be back. Would've given a great referral service being we are friends with lots of people in the area that have pets they take to groomers. But with that horrible customer service experience fat chance. I'm sure young red head girl won't stay employed long with that horrible attitude. read more
