Our rowdy girl finally mellowed out thanks to CBW!

My 10 month hound/ridgeback, Willow, lives and breathes for Camp Bow Wow. She is nothing but energy and after a day there, she is well exercised and socialized. Our only experience with the grooming services they offer includes a nail-grind and Willow had zero complaints about that (and they did a great job with it, as well). The staff members are all so nice, the place is kept clean, and the service is everything you could want it to be and more.

    Sadie on her first day!

Camp Bow Wow has been amazing for my little pup Sadie. The owner and staff have been incredible to work with. You can tell they all love the dogs and care for them like their own. Every time myself or a family member check in on her via the web cams- she is being loved and cared for. I personally drive over 30 minutes to bring my pup here because I truly trust them with her. Yes, there is an interview process. We were able to get in within a week of asking for one. Other locations are on a several months waiting list. The interview process is for you - the fact they have an interview process is why I feel comfortable leaving her there. This assured me they have checked every dog for aggression as well as, Sadie, so they know all the pups will be safe. The interview process was easy and quick- the staff answered all my questions and made me feel extremely comfortable. And you get a free day of day care on interview day!

This was the holiday photos they took of each dog for a $5 donation to an animal shelter.

My puppy Carter started coming by here on his 16th week birthday. The staff loves him, I can tell. I love the cameras that are set up so I can watch Carter while I am at work. Over the holidays they took donations and took holiday photos. It came out FANTASTIC!!!! I bought a large package of days and it ends up costing about $23 per day. Carter comes home happy and tired!!!!! We are very happy sending our pup here!

Caring people that love your fur babies. I have an old lab with cancer, on lots of meds and they understood her problems.

It gives us so much peace of mind knowing she's in such good hands whether it's for daycare or boarding. We recently started bringing our newer puppy Gus too, and he's just as obsessed. One of my favorite things is how they do smaller play groups. It's not chaotic, and both of our dogs have actually made little friends they get excited to see. It feels really intentional and thoughtful. I also appreciate that they build in rest time so the dogs aren't completely wiped or overstimulated. The little extras are such a fun touch too--lick mats, themed parties with photos (which I love), and all the add-ons that make it feel like they're getting spoiled in the best way. You can just tell the team truly loves the dogs and treats them like their own. It doesn't feel like a business, it feels like people who genuinely care. We also really love that they support Lifehouse Rescue, that means a lot to us. We're honestly going to miss Happie Hounds so much when we move to Arizona. I can't recommend them enough!

Thus, you have to be careful when grooming them because you could damage their undercoat and fur if you use mechanical trimmers. We picked PPPS because of the positive yelp reviews. We booked our pup for an appointment. PPPS uses text to communicate with you and the communication is excellent. PPPS needed vaccine records and many additional details to make sure it was safe for all the other pups at their location. We dropped off Zoey and spoke with the groomer (Bree). Bree was very aware of how to properly groom an Aussie. We had a brief conversation about what we wanted and believed Zoey was in capable hands. When Zoey was done, we got a text to pick her up. I was greeted upon arrival and Zoey was led out to me right away. Zoey looked fantastic!!! Bree groomed her exactly the way we had discussed. Zoey looked even better than I had hoped. I gave Bree a $20.00 tip. When I brought Zoey home and my wife saw her, my wife loved the grooming. My wife's only complaint was that I should have given Bree a bigger tip. I will fix that the next time we bring Zoey in for a groom.

He's not an easy dog but they have done amazing with him. When he was diagnosed with a hereditary eye issue, I was worried about having to board him as he requires eye drops twice a day to keep the condition treated. They didn't hesitate and said we will be sure he gets them as needed when he boards. They are amazing and I wouldn't take him anywhere else!

When you call, you cannot get an answer and it often takes 4-5 messages to receive a call back, even though they say "Feel free to call and check on them." Then, they are extremely rude and argumentative. They are scamming people out of money hoping it goes unnoticed. If you look up reviews, you will see MANY complaints about this. When you question the price difference from what you were quoted, the owner (VERY MEAN LADY) will scream at you and go get her large son to come out and intimidate/threaten you - he and several others there are quite visibly HIGH on pot while working. The lady is pure evil and I will tell everyone I know to avoid this establishment. They needs to be investigated. They are dishonest and running a scam operation. They also tack on fees that show up a few days after you pay by card. Again, when you call to discuss, they don't answer or yell at you. PLEASE do NOT take your pets to this place! We thought they were wonderful at first, even after reading bad reviews. But, after a few trips we learned what others had warned about. The lady owner literally YELLED at my husband and told him not to come back and she would not change the amount to what ELI quoted us 3 times! She also said "Leave a bad review, I could care less about bad reviews." She blamed everything on ELI (front desk person) and then blamed us for caring about our dogs and questioning the huge price difference. People, I beg you to find another kennel for your fur babies. This place is NOT what is seems. I should have gone with my gut instinct when they refused to give us a tour and when the price was misquoted the first few times. They do not care about your dogs. It's just about money. Don't take my word for it or the word of those "fake" reviews or family friends. Go research and pull all the old reviews. Like she yelled at my husband, "I don't care about **** bad reviews, no one will believe them."
