We had an amazing first visit with Dr Dryden. She spent a lot of time is and the exam was very thorough. She explained everything going on, and she was great at addressing our concerns. The office is clean and up to date. The staff is friendly, and the office is ran very well. Prices were more than fair compared to other vets I've been to in the area. I feel this was the Vet's first week. We'd been coming here roughly 6 months. The lack of care shown to our dog was negligent! Our dog visited monthly for allergy shots. When she stopped eating, we brought her in. ALL of a sudden she has cancer. Told we had x amount of time left. Less than 2 weeks later, we're saying goodbye! Carelessness is what comes to mind here! I'm very upset that we EVER came to this clinic!! I miss my baby EVERY day! This place needs to be investigated! Seems they're more concerned with stuffing their faces and pockets than tendering care! read more

I don't leave reviews. So this should tell you something. This was not my first, second, or even third time visiting the Critter Clinic over 2 1/2 years. Everyone there is nice, except for Amy. Every time I walk through the door she already has an attitude. Mind you this is the first face you see when you walk in. Checking out with Amy is the coldest part of the whole visit. Not even the metal exam table can compare. I'm not sure if it is because I'm on the younger side or what. Amy left a horrible taste in my mouth and my dogs mouth. read more

So I come in with my dog he's sick ...and he's old the vet I get sees he's old Having dogs for 50 years I know when it's getting to the time when it's time to say good buy to your best friend... But we all of us are hoping to have more time with our fur friend... So anyway the woman vet I get she comes on and takes a look and right off the bat she says ok we need this test and we need that test to confirm my suspicions that he has what he may have... the point being sure do you 370.00 $ of tests then she comes back and she then prescribed 537.56 cents of useless Meds that my dog would not take because he was more,or less on his last legs.. But this unkind vet just slams me with all her useless UP SELLING to get as much money out of me as possible All the while fully knowing that the dog was not long for Gods planet.. A decent Vet and a decent person would should a had the kindness in her heart to ,not take advantage of a sick pet and a desperate pet owner ... In my book this outfit Critter Clinic has moral issues after the fact here I told some friends about this they said they were know for this sort of unethical unprofessional sad behavior Stay away from these people money grubbing heartless soulless Vets in my book and my experience.... got it read more

This is this best veterinary clinic I've ever been to. We had a boxer puppy who was ill and they diagnosed her quickly and took wonderful care of her. Most recently, we had a 14 year old dachshund who was end of life and what they did for us was amazing. We had to make the difficult decision to put him down and everyone was wonderful. They dimmed the lights when we came in and lit a candle. They put up notes about what was in process so that patrons would be quiet. The staff and techs came in and gave us hugs. While it was a heartbreaking ordeal, the staff made it a lot easier. I cannot recommend this veterinary clinic enough. They are truly wonderful people. read more

I cannot say enough good about the Critter Clinic in Gallatin TN. During this past week they have walked by our side (3 visits in one week) during Gracie's eye condition/injury and scheduled us for emergency eye surgery in nashville TN with The veterinary ophthalmology services. Today we received a follow up phone call from our veterinarian, Dr. Crabtree, who has a southern bedside manner for animals. He is the most compassionate vet and I wish he was my doctor! Thanks to both places Gracie did not lose her eye! Our prayers were answered through the loving care of these doctors, technicians, and office staff. read more

I am so happy that a family member recommended Critter Clinic. Our little dog needed a teeth cleaning and a possible tooth extraction. Dr. Becker called us 2 times to update us about the procedure and X-ray results. She called again to let me know the surgery was completed. Dr. Becker is very caring and explains everything in layman's terms. The office staff is very professional and very responsive when I've called in. I would definitely recommend Critter Clinic. Their prices seemed fairly reasonable compared to the previous vet I went to. You are able to go in with your pet for a office visit. read more

Great place for pets! We love the Critter Clinic, their staff & how they've always taken care of our furbaby Linus when he's been there! The Critter Clinic is awesome! They took excellent care of my baby while she was sick. Dr. Crabtree is very knowledgeable and compassionate. He takes time to explain everything clearly and to answer any questions. The technicians are great as well. I really like that there is a technician who lives on-site for all of the animals that have to stay overnight. I have taken our pets there since 2007, when we moved here. Our pets were always taken care of by Dr. Crabtree, a very knowledgeable and caring doctor. He takes the time to explain exactly what he is going to do, and afterward, what if any problems he has found and his recommendations to remedy them. He has operated on our elderly Suki and took very good care of her, giving us a clear explanation of her problem and what we will need to do for her care in the future. I highly recommend Dr. Crabtree and Critter Clinic to anyone looking for quality care for their pet. read more
