Not only were we misinformed over the phone, but we were also treated very rudely in person. If we were told honestly that they were closing soon and wouldn't take anyone else, we would have understood and not wasted our time. Instead, we were given inaccurate information, then turned away, and treated disrespectfully in the process. This was extremely unprofessional and upsetting. I would not recommend this location based on the way we were treated.

Half of the crickets from the other store would die within a day despite being placed in a clean enclosure with proper food and water.
