The very first time it went smooth and my anxious dogs were relaxed when I got them. The last two times they were whiny and exhausted like they'd been in a constant state of anxiety. I know it's loud. I'm not unrealistic, but their demeanor was 100% opposite of the first. I took them the 3rd time in case it was a fluke. It's too expensive and takes too long for my dogs to need reassurance after. Sadly not a lot of options out here.

First of all we got there before they opened to get a puppy. We tried calling three times on our way. We drove 75 miles to get there. But because someone left a message on their machine they told us they were "holding" the puppy for them. They had no idea what time the other people were going to be there. And the ladies were pretty rude about the whole situation. In my profession, if you get there and have the money first....its yours. Don't waste your time or donations on this place. They need an attitude change and need to update their website to be specific about how they handle things.

Amy (the owner) keeps the dogs at her house, not in a box, and has a spacious back yard for the dogs to interact and play. She also posts pictures on Facebook for us to see how our dog was doing. I could tell he was happy. Amy also was so gracious to drop him off at my house, when I was in a bind at the end of the trip. Thank you Amy. We will use you again if another opportunity comes up.

I love my regular vet but on calling in the next day, Friday, my vet was out of town and PGVS was recommended for the follow-up services I needed. My 2 dogs had messed with a rattlesnake and lost. PGVS fit me in and what transpired was such great and tender care of my dogs. I'm so grateful. Both dogs are fully recovering but had markedly different courses. Dr Bibb was so great at explaining and really listened to my questions, not just giving me canned answers but truly evaluating my pups individually. His staff was thoughtful and efficient. Definitely a great vet care experience.

Duke can be quite unagreeable and difficult muzzling him or when he is scared. Dr Bibb and his staff were very professional and empathetic towards Duke during his visits. A not unexpected complication arose post surgery and Dr Bibb did a great job properly treating it. I just wish I lived closer because I would make Dr Bibb Dukes primary care doc.

All of our other groomers, we'd call and wait weeks! We felt like they did a good job. They had our 100lb lab for about 3 hours in total. Our only complaint is it seems to be really loud, which seemed to stress out our dog. Pretty standard for any grooming place, but for some reason he seemed more stressed when we got him than usual. We should note he has extremely sensitive skin/allergies - we did their deshedding treatment (not oatmeal) & overall he did fine with it. He smelled clean, but not an overpowering smell.
