I researched for hours, talked with multiple trainers, and ultimately chose Wise Tails because of how knowledgeable, thoughtful, and genuine Cassie and Plennie were from our very first conversation. They took the time to understand my dog, my concerns, and helped me figure out what would actually be the best fit. One of my biggest goals was stopping my dog's jumping. After not seeing her for five weeks during training, I was fully expecting our reunion to be chaos. Instead, she stayed in her place and didnt jump at all. I genuinely couldn't believe it. It was one of those moments where you realize the training really works. I was also very nervous about using an e-collar. I had a lot of preconceived ideas and wanted to make sure I was doing right by my dog. Cassie and Plennie were incredibly patient, answered every question I had, and made sure I understood exactly how and why it was being used. They never made me feel pressured--they built my confidence every step of the way, and I now feel completely comfortable using it appropriately. Beyond the training itself, they're just wonderful people. I happened to do this while recovering from surgery, and they were incredibly understanding and flexible whenever I needed accommodations with scheduling and pickup. That kindness meant a lot during a stressful time. It's obvious how much they care, not just about training dogs, but about setting owners up for long-term success and doing things the right way. Through no fault of their own my corals were delayed by UPS and left on a truck during one of the…read morecoldest days of the year. Most of my coral were a little haggered because of their good packaging but it was below freezing temps at night so the most expensive coral a very nice mushroom was destroyed. only the foot and a small piece of the head was left and the container looked like it had small pieces of cotton floating around in it. To their credit they not only replaced the coral but sent me pictures of corals in their shop that were not online and gave me the pick of the litter as the replacement. I was home when the package arrived and took pictures and put a thermometer in the box and send the pictures to them to show them what happened. Would do business with them again in a heart beat.
