This is such a great place to come and take care of your fur babies, fish babies, feather babies, etc. They have a lot of great features including a grooming area, self service dog washing area and even an on site pet veterinarian preventative service ever Saturday. Today they also had a great Halloween pet party with costumes, decoration, and free stuff for the pets and kiddos. I also love their rewards program. I get coupons in my email for 20% or more off occasionally. This really helps with buying dog food. Overall definitely worth visiting. Come and check in out. read more

Brian in grooming is the best groomer we have ever been to! I think we r have been going to him for about a year now and he takes care of all of our fur babies! He does such an amazing job with the full groom for pancake and we couldn't be more thankful for him. We leave our pups with him in complete confidence. I took my Golden Doodle to Brian at Pet Supplies Plus for grooming. For those of you who don't know a Golden Doodle is a cross breed dog that is rather large. Mine is extremely friendly and very hyper. Brian took the time to chat with me about him while he checked his coat, skin, ears, mouth, and paws. He asked me about the type of grooming I was looking for and was quite thorough in gaining an understanding of our lifestyle and what type of cut would best fit Cooper. I felt comfortable leaving Cooper with him. Two and a half hours later he called to let me know that my dog was ready. Due to unforeseen circumstances, it took me two additional hours to get there. Brian called just as he was getting off and learned that I was still 30 minutes away from the store. He waited for me even though he had no responsibility to do so. This act in itself will drive me back to Pet Supplies Plus groomers over and over. I must say that the job he did on my dog was better than superb. Every time I go in here I leave with a free gift it seems or at least a great deal.. This time it was a Halloween treats for my grandson and granddogs. They are conveniently located with lots of parking and they have easy pet wash stations that are available for DIY. They are high so you won't need to bend down washing your pet. I had wrote a review after a visit that I had that I felt was uncharacteristic of what I've experienced in the past. It was very unusual but made me feel disappointed. I am updating this because of how they handled this afterwards. They reached out to me to explain what had happened that led to my concern. I found that to be very professional and appreciate they took the time to do that when they didn't have to. It speaks volumes to their level of customer service. As far as the store goes, it is great to have so much variety of products. I can find items there that I can't get anywhere else or would have to travel far to get. The store is clean and well organized. I'm actually considering utilizing there grooming area, too. Zero stars- Thought this was going to be a different pet supply store compared to the other big business pet stores in town. The bids are kept in a literal aquarium made for fish. So depressing will not be returning. While the store has large bird cages that have dog beds in them ...My suggestion is to get real bird cages for these birds. They were working on the floor cashing customers out, but they were making sure there customers were able to find everything that they've come into their business for. I've heard about this pet store, and just was able to get into the store on Tuesday afternoon 5/7/2019. I was greeted coming into the store, and was very impressed. I'd definitely drive an extra few miles, traffic just because of this customer service experience. Not anything better than customer service relations. If a business doesn't have this, it causes consumers who are appreciating the hospitality of employees who have acknowledge their customers and I can promise you that means a lot nowadays!
