beware of items that appear to be on sale. my purchase was rung up at full price. nothing indicated that the items I chose were full price. complete rip off. only after I returned a $30 dog coat which was advertised as 50% off did I realize nothing was really on sale. avoid this store or make sure you ask about membership because I wasn't offered it. by the way, the coat was dirty and clearly not up to new standards. at 50% off I would have bought it. also noticed many empty spots on shelves. some items not stocked. don't waste your time. read more

Good afternoon I have been using this store for a very long to do my self dog wash. Today was one of those days. The cashier never said a word to me besides high tub or low tub asked my rewards card number. She told me baths are set up. I walked to the bathing area and the was a person in the one wash which is fine. I looked at the other two bathing area and I didn't see a collar to hook up my dog. I went back to cashier to ask her if they had any as I needed one to wash my dog. She didn't move from her spot and said she would call someone and to go back to the washing area. I walked back where I was greeted by the most ignorant person. Didn't say hi. Didn't say anything. She reached over the ledge grabbed a collar hook up started clipping it at me like i was stupid and didn't know what I was looking for. They were not in the tubs. They were hanging on ledge. I have never seen them there. I said thank you and the person never even said your welcome or it is OK we just started putting them there. If she is the assistant store lead and she has several complaints already on yelp I think it is time to revisit who you have in you stores working. Karina is her name. Such a shame she will bring the store down as she thinks she is invisible. I have encountered karina before and I shrugged it off like she is just having a bad day but it is day! I'm in there multiple times a month. I bathe my dogs monthly as well. I would like a response on this subject. I would also like to speak to her general manager. read more

Very grateful they have my ferret's food in stock as well as their treats. Sales associates are very attentive. One of the girls, Lauren I think her name was showed me one of the ferrets. I didn't have to wander far for help unlike most stores. Manager stopped what she was doing to ask if I needed help. Staffs very knowledgeable, and very pleasant to talk to. Love their set up for the dog wash area might have to bring my Rottie in for a wash. One of the associates, Carina explained the whole deal there. I love it. Good selection of dog food and a good selection of small animal stuff. Also glad I found another place to get crickets. Keep up the good work. read more

I come in biweekly to pick up dog food. Once a month or so for the bathing area to wash the pup. Today I was in pretty early for dog food. After grabbing what I needed I took a quick peak at the clearance table. Last time in they had Trudog pizzles that were originally $16.98 marked down to 6.97. I bought 3 bags then. I was bummed to see they didn't have more. Until I went to the register and saw an end cap with about 8 bags! Needless to say I grabbed 4 of them. But that's not why I'm leaving the review. I had also picked up a dented can of dog food that was marked 10% off. At the register, Jaylynn per my receipt, rang me me up. I had made a comment that I might need to do two separate orders because my total was going to be more than I planned (excessive purchase of pizzles and needing to use card versus cash). She was very accommodating mentioning she could do one order and split it up. As she scanned the last item she realized that she had messed up on the dented can and asked if she could apply a discount to the entire order to compensate for her mistake. Of course you can was my response! Happy Saturday to me! So what I thought was going to exceed what I planned for ended up working out perfectly. While it is not convenient to my home, I have tried supporting this store twice instead of some of the larger stores for canned dog food. Both times a buy two get one special was not honored at the register under the storyline of "it was a different variety that was on sale". Both times I pulled the advertisement up online and the special pricing should have been applied. May be good for other items, but won't stop for dog food anymore. read more

This place does not take good care of their animals. Their reptiles had no water and ferret poop was all over their cage and outside the cage. It wasn't pleasant and I feel badly for the animals. read more

On the afternoon of November 6th, 2022 my wife placed an online order. After the order was placed, it became clear the store had a problem with inventory. My wife called the store and supposedly spoke with the manager. My wife explained that there was no apparent inventory problem on the website - everything she ordered was listed in stock. Also, she used a 30% off coupon on the order, and asked, in light of the stores inability to fill the order, if the coupon could be returned for use at a different store. The manager became defensive and said, "sorry, there's nothing else I can do." When my wife protested, the manager said, "yelling at me won't do anything" (in spite of the fact that my wife was not yelling). When my wife asked the manager to identify herself the manager said, "your mother," and hung up. My subsequent attempts to intervene and call the store back to speak with "your mother" went unanswered. And, the voicemail box is full, unable to take any messages. Cute. The bottom line is this if this is a great example of how NOT to approach customer service. If I treated my customers this way (especially if I were a manager!) I would be terminated (and deservedly so). Buyer beware, watch out for "your mother." read more

I went into the Pet Supply Plus store today and bought some fish well as the girl was getting my fish the girl from up front came back and butted in for no reason we did not need her help the girl getting my fish was doing fine on her own. Well she preceeded to tell the girl helping me to get her the bigger net and as she butted in she was knocking everything over in that aquarium and i told her you are stressing out the fish and she looks at me and just laughs then she got the wrong fish it was not even the fish i told the other girl i wanted. After she got me the wrong fish she walked away and the girl who was originally helping me kept saying to me the wrong fish the other girl got me looked like it was dying so she put it back in the aquarium snd got me the right fish i asked for. I told the girl who started helping me that that girl will never get me my fish if i ever come in there again for any fish. The girl who originally started helping me asked the girl who butted in who was watching the registers and she said no one. We did not need her back there helping. Then as i am leaving to drive away i saw the girl who first came back to help me outside walking up and down the sidewalk laughing her hesd off which i thought was very strange of her.i don't know what was said after i left that store but if this is how they treat their customers i don't need to go back there no more. And i spend alot of money in there weng i went there. Very disapointed in that store. Also i needed a e-collar and the girl who first came back to help me i told her i looked on line and it said they had e-collars in stock but they did not have any when i went for one in the store and she told me that means they have them but they are in the back but she never offered to go look for one for me the paying customer the reason she has a job there. Very dissapointed in that store never again. I will go to petsmart or order on line from Chewy. read more

Today was the first day I ordered online and had items delivered and I must say I was more than pleased. They were out of 1 item I ordered and contacted me right away and even call when order was delivered to my door! I won't be using Chewy anymore. Don't use the self service dog wash unless you want to be treated like a THIEF by the staff! I have been using the dog wash to wash my brother's dog and my cousins dog for YEARS here and NEVER had an issue until today! JESSICA was extremely rude to my brother and I today at the self service pet was station. She repeatedly ACCUSED me of being a dog groomer??? I have no idea what she was talking about. Jessica CONTINUED to harass me after I finished my dog. She told me you cannot come back here and groom dogs. I explained to her that I'm a paying customer like everyone else and I've never been so disrespected at this location. The actual grooming salon is ALWAYS slow maybe she was bored? I'm not sure but this whole situation was uncalled for! I do my brother and my cousin's dog for FREE as a FAVOR because they can't bathe them as good as I can. I shouldn't have to EXPLAIN myself at a self service place. Very bizarre and rude. read more
