The mgr I think was on staff, told him of our issue, of 3 selected foods we went with KOA bland kibbles and matching wet food (that was like REAL food) that looked much better than can food we've ever tried. He also suggested a powder to add to food. Let me tell you, Yoshi loves the food, he was always VERY picky, sniff and walk away, not the last 3 x we put his new food down. What it means is, we will ignore you. Because I complained, the cashier refused to ring me up. She turned away $200 worth of dog food. She acts like she owns the company. On the drive home, I thought to myself, I did not cuss at her. Now, I know why she refused to wait on me. I was wearing a red freedom ball cap. So, if you aren't their political party, they gonna treat you poorly. Call the store and the person on the line says the cashier felt disrespected. Why, because of my freedom hat? I felt disrespected. The employee on the line hung up on me. Called back and they put me on hold. So there you have it. They will not wait on Republicans.

I wanted a cherry shrimp and a Jade shrimp staff said they had them, caught them, packed, priced, and handed them off. If you know anything about shrimp, you know they hide in plants and they can be hard to see so when staff told me they had some to sell I didn't expect a microscopic jade shrimp nor did I expect the other one, I suppose you can call red, but it certainly wasn't a cherry shrimp. I'll order them online next time. Huge disappointment!

There are rows and rows of pet supplies organized by category. Throughout the main floor are birds and a few other animals. Off the side is an area for small pets like Guinea pigs and snakes. Don't miss the fish area. Hundreds of tanks are filled with many kinds of fish! The entire place is a little run down, but still worth a visit for how unique it is.
