The worst possible grooming services ever!!!! Extremely rude, unprofessional!!! Turned away my little puppy only because he (the groomer) found no chemistry between himself and my pup. Bluntly said "I'm not grooming him, he just nipped me". To which I replied that my dog had very bad experience in the past and is very afraid of any kind of strangers approaching him with the open hand. After I asked to speak with the manager, I was met with more rudeness, pretty much saying that if the groomer doesn't want to service my dog, there's nothing I can do. I said to the manager that when you choose to become a groomer, you're going to come across animals who are intimidated and scared. It's normal, that's why I had given my dog acepromazine (tranquilizer) which I had gotten from my veterinarian. read more

Loved the grooming! My pup looks great! Groomers were really gentle with my dog and she even got a cute bandana!

Recently my dog went to the groomer, the last visit they caused multiple abrasions on his belly which had to be treated with antibiotic ointment. I did not address this at the time because things happen. I took my dog there on Saturday March 30th to be groomed. When I picked him up I was told by the groomer they had to hold him down because he was not cooperative. My dog was favoring his hip, he is only 2, when we left the store. I took him to the vet and was told the groomer must have caused a soft tissue injury to his hip. He is now on 2 medications. I addressed with the manager who took no accountability for my dog's injury. I would never go back there and would suggest that no one should use this groomer. Oh so pretty in Jenkintown is the best. read more

We have been taking our dog there to get groomed and my appointment was canceled four months in a row never had any issues when Clara and liv were there. I made an appointment this week again and spoke to a manager. He made an appointment then this morning. I got a text saying that my appointment had been canceled so I called and they explained to me that my dog was too aggressive and they already told me that which never happened ever I think they hire unexperienced people who don't know what to do and are lazy and want easy jobs, my dog is a therapy dog and is the furthest thing from being aggressive. She would not be allowed in nursing homes and hospitals. If she was in anyway aggressive their staff has turned over so many times in the grooming department. Very disappointed. I would never take my animals here!!!!! read more

Oh my goodness. I met the nicest worker today at this Pet Supplies Plus Location. I went in to bring in my dog, d.o.g. for his usual groomer. I stayed a bit looking around food for my senior dog. I got help right away without even asking and I was able to get a trial of senior dog food for my dog to try out. I was so shocked that he went out of his way to help me out and find a food for my senior dog, and gi've never a trial. I'm very upset I didn't get his name because I'm socially awkward but this review is for the man in the hat, with the biggest smile. Thanks for making my day. I just found this place and couldn't be happier. Their selection and prices are great. I needed to buy a harness for a toy fox terrier, we adopted from WAGS rescue. I went to other pet stores but their prices were high. I needed an extra extra small harness and they cost as much as $35.00. I would not recommend the grooming services. I have been bringing my dog here for the past year. They asked me to give him medications before they groom him to help him relax. They specifically told me he needed 2 medications, which I have been giving him prior to grooming even though the medications don't do much. I bring my dog today to get groomed and the groomer tells me that she can't groom him because they have changed their policy and will only allow one medication. She was very rude and I asked why didn't anyone notify me? She said I have not record of that, I then spoke to the manager. He was also unhelpful and replied "what do you want me to do, call everyone and tell them the policy has changed?". Well, yes, now I have given my dog unnecessary medications. This is was my first experience at this store that was terrible, I will never bring my dog back here again. The groomer and the manager both handled the situation in an unprofessional and rude manner. read more
