Really like this place. Very helpful and reasonable pricing on dog food. Also very knowledgeable about the products they carry.

At time of checkout, he told me that the store policy was if my pet didn't like the food, that I could return the opened bag as long as it was still half full, for exchange of something else.

Armarkat makes wonderful pieces and sells them for extraordinarily reasonable prices. What cat wouldn't love a six-foot, eight-level cat tree with hammock, condo, two perches and four climbing platforms? And what owner wouldn't love to get a playground like this for less than $160 delivered? Armarkat doesn't only discount their cat trees, they offer free shipping when you buy from their website. I've already ordered two trees that were on sale. One was three feet high, one was five-and-a-half feet high. I got both for $116, delivered. These aren't cheap pieces, either. They're all solidly built and well-covered in fake fur or faux fleece. They also come with little batty balls which fasten to the perches so that cats have something to occupy their evil little minds, but most cats will tear them off pretty quickly and move on to smacking the heck out of one another. But other than the batty balls, these trees hold up.

I looked on ebay and several other sites for cat towers, cat gyms, cat trees and various other at furniture. Truly, nothing comes close to the quality nor value that Armarkat offers. I was looking for the largest cat tower possible. The taller the better, just so the kitties can stretch their limbs out and stop running around the apt as if possessed. Luckily, a quality cat tower was on sale at the time! It has so many levels (6 to be exact & reached 6'3"), numerous sisal poles, a hammock, and many other fun things that $160 felt like a huge bargain. For anyone who's thinking of making a purchase, google for Armarkat coupon. I did just that and saved another 10 bucks. The tower arrived in a little under one week and took bf about an hr to assemble. The color didn't look very nice online, but we were more than satisfied when it came. The color is gorgeous and just happened to complement the walls. It took the kitties a few days to get use to the tower and actually use it. The tower is a little rickety, which worried me in the beginning, but wasn't an issue after the kittens became use to it. Now they sleep and play on it. The money was definitely well spent.

I made it abundantly clear when scheduling that I would need to be given Oxytocin in the event of complications which I was told 'of course, no problem!'. I took her on February 9th, received her radiographs and was then made to wait about 25 minutes where they could 'see about the prescription'. Once I was given it, I went through Chewy to order it (on February 9th) and staff neglected to approve the request for two entire days full well knowing Bay was due on Friday, February 13th and I stressed it's importance. I made phone calls, sent texts and was told a doctor would get back to me. I then was told it was my responsibility to upload the script to Chewy (which I couldn't find anyway) - which I then contacted Chewy and was told that was incorrect and they had been waiting for my vet approval this entire time, Chewy even called them and received no response. Regardless if I had the script or not, it was not my responsibility and the office did not prioritize my pregnant dog nor her puppies. I eventually was contacted on February 11th around 4pm by the practice manager who told me her staff did not feel comfortable prescribing the medication anymore after I spent $400 on the vet visit and now wasted two days. Fast forward February 12th - Bay goes into labor and as I expected, needs assistance from the drug; but I do not have it because Doylestown Vet had my hands tied and denied my dog the care she needed for a successful labor. I make an emergency trip to the ER (an additional $900 expense) she delivers 3 deceased puppies and 3 living puppies. We head home and now her labor is stalled again and the ER asked me to use the Oxytocin my vet should have responsibility prescribed me as standard repro practice. But here I am, unprepared because Doylestown chose ignorance over the reality of whelping puppies. I understand vet school and ethics, but if you care for some field experience, there's a big reality check here at my house because of your lack of concern for myself, my dog and her puppies. Shame on you for putting me in this position, stalling to tell me you had a change of mind about my dog's care, and then running down the clock so I had limited options on how to proceed finding her the care she needed. Edited to add, we are now a week out from Bay's delivery and I have had zero follow up from this practice. Ethics? I don't think so.
