Adrianne was so super helpful on the phone when I called to ask if they had certain products and if they offered delivery. My family was experiencing an emergency situation and needed supplies and I was able to call from Austin and get specific instructions on how to place an online order for delivery and Adrianne even offered to drive it to my family's property after work if the delivery time was not available. My husband and i took our dogs last night to pet supplies plus here in Stephenville for their baths. We have five dogs. We were only able to do three back to back last night due to all of my injuries received 15 months ago in a collision. I am no longer able to do their baths in our half bath. Pet supplies keeps all of their stuff replenished for the customers. You can bring your own, but they have a nice thick big towel Folded up at each bathing station. They also have a variety of shampoos, including a shampoo for dogs with allergies. On top of each towel is a dog biscuit. We learned on the 17th that Mama dog has pancreatitis. She's no longer or at least for the next two weeks allowed to have treats, especially the kind typically bought at your local store. After that, she maybe can have some low-fat cottage cheese. Emily came over with a rolled up towel and wrapped it around my little dog's head, shielding her ears teaching me something and helping me shield her ears while I tried to dry her hair. Also, the nail trim is only $10 and to have them ground is only $12 must show proof of rabies. Very, very grateful for this set up and the prices at pet supplies here in Stephenville. Stephenville Pet Supplies Plus is by far the best Pet Supplies location I've ever been to. They continue to surpass expectations. Their store is always clean! The pet wash is better than any other in town (&they sell a punch card!!) I most regularly come in to browse the fish section, and they constantly impress me. They always have a great selection of fish and run sales often! I rarely leave empty-handed from here! Their fish are always very healthy, but on the off chance something happens to them, they have a fish guarantee! The crickets are always very lively and seem to last longer in the Cricket Keeper than those I've bought from other stores. Lastly, the staff is great! Every team member is always willing to help with a great attitude. The manager and assistant manager are so incredibly helpful and always ensure their customers are taken care of! read more

This place is really awesome! In my personal opinion they are better than Petco because they seem to have more products and options. As a owner of a fish, two lizards, a cat, and a dog, they honestly have amazing and low cost options. I feed my leopard gecko meal worms and at Petco they range to be 6 to 8 dollars and a pet supplies plus they are about three dollars. It's a different brand than what Petco offers but I have not had any problems yet. They sell hornworms and dubia roaches along with crickets too, which I'm really impressed with. Their stock seems really healthy too. They also sell frozen mice too I believe. They have a variety of fish and they use a separate water system for their new fish so they can treat them before just throwing them in the tank which really shows great care! They have a huge selection of dog and cat food plus all the necessities you need for reptiles, birds, rodents, and aquatic life too! They have so many light bulbs for reptiles it's really awesome! Tremendously impressed with this place and I plan to come back to it instead of petco and PetSmart from now on! read more
