Showed to have live crickets online drove from bixby to get some I get there and they tell me o I'm sorry yes we have them but we can't sell them so we can feed our animals. I have been looking for days for live crickets only place I could find them then they won't sell them. Apparently they use Uber eats for their deliveries which is not disclosed when you order delivery and if you don't receive your delivery your told to bad go to Uber eats and dispute. The staff is friendly but let's be honest, it's all about saving money. Three years ago they had an amazing rewards program with lots of ways to rack up the points. In the last year the the opportunities to get points have dwindled and I either can't get the products I need there or I can find them for less elsewhere. Everyone here is always friendly and helpful. If they don't have what you're looking for, they're really sweet about offering to order it for you, or telling you where else you can find it. One employee helped me look through a ton of pet food trying to find ones without specific ingredients, because she too had a dog that had food allergies. That meant a lot to me. It wasn't one of those "hey, over here are the ones without that as the main ingredients" but a genuine effort of "let's go through these together because I know it's a pain in the butt, but that's what you gotta do for your loved ones." And that's amazing customer service. That's above and beyond! They also have the cutest "Gotcha Day" cookies to celebrate with your fur babies on your anniversary. So nice to go in a pet store that doesn't sell dogs and cats but does host rescue groups for adoption events almost every weekend. The store is clean, smells clean and is generally well stocked. Love this store. Only complaint is most of the stuff is cheaper on Chewy by a dollar sometimes more. However I was very impressed with their dog bathing section in the back. it's only $25 for a hole punch bath card (equals out to 5 baths) which is cheaper than all the other places I have been not to mention how clean it always is and they provide everything you need! read more

My wife and I had just found a small lost dog. You could tell this dog had been neglected for quite some time. We have a membership for a dog wash at pet supplies plus and when we showed up with this absolutely filthy dog, the manager I believe her name was Danielle was very kind and offered us a free wash so I did not have to use my punchcard. It was very thoughtful and she gave us good recommendations to help find a solution for this poor dog! I highly recommend going to this place for all of your pet needs. This is our new "go to" place to buy our Dober-baby's kibble. We save quite a bit buying it here than Southern Ag. I was thrilled to see they carried it. I wish they carried Halo brand because that is what we feed our cats. Maybe they will in the future? We plan on taking our doberman to the self serve dog wash. I will update you all on that. If you are looking for pet supplies, this is an okay place. If you are looking for integrity in fish keeping...go somewhere else. On 2/18/2019, I purchased fish from Southern Agriculture and Pet Supplies Plus. I was impressed with Plus's guarantee...until I needed it. Of the two shop's products, the only fish I needed to replace or get store credit for was Pet Supplies Plus. Southern Ag's fish are doing quite well, thank you. When I took a sample of my water along with the dead fish, they first told me my ph needed to come up (6.6) as if that was to blame...they were Botias! They live in acidic water! Then they told me it was Ammonia that killed them...I have seen Ammonia kills and this wasn't it. But, because I had a trace of Ammonia (non-toxic level), they declared the guarantee void. Please take your fish business elsewhere. These people are not very knowledgeable in the fish trade. read more

This place is a s*** show. Everytime I've ever gone, I have to wait forever even when there isn't a customer before me. I totally understand systems crash but the woman who "assisted" me made me feel like I was a burden. If you don't want to sell, you shouldn't be in retail/sales. I picked out two male guppies and by the time I was about to pick the females I wanted, she dismissed me since she didn't know what she wanted to do. She also stated she wanted to go home because no one else knew what to do & management wouldn't pick up when they called. To say the least, NO MORE pet supplies plus for us!!! I can see them out of my balcony and now I regret picking that location! Poor service, smells pretty bad in there most of the time.
