His ears were cleaned, & he even had his nails trimmed. Inside the building smells very fresh & clean, & it is very clean. There are no signs or smells of any animal poop or pee whatsoever. That is always a great thing whenever you go somewhere animals are. Everything about Bark Avenue is very pleasing & professional.
