My only concern is that when I looked through one of the observation windows, a dog was in a room alone and had four piles of poo throughout the room. It had seemed like the room was not visited nor cleaned for a while.

I gave the benefit of the doubt, assuming they felt it wouldn't look good shaved (and that the dog was as matted as they said, as she looked similar to how she always looks when she's due for her haircut) The bigger annoyance is that I showed up for her 2nd appointment and was told it was never entered into the system. When I called to schedule it, they even commented on how her "regular" groomer was out but that they could put us with someone else that day. I guess after that back and forth, they just never entered it into their system, and now my dog is going to look like a rejected Muppet until I can find her an emergency cut at a new place. I'd be hopeful this was an isolated incident, but there was no accommodation made to try and fix the situation, so I won't be around as a customer to see if my experience would have been better in the future.

I knew something wasn't right. They told me because of his age (he was 14 and half), his arthritis was acting up so they gave him a shot for the pain and sent us home with painkillers. His spirits were up and he was walking and playing until Saturday night. On Saturday night that same week, his condition had worsened and he started to have seizures so I took him to an emergency clinic where they did further testing and discovered a neurological issue that eventually took his life early Sunday morning. I cannot understand how no one thought to do further exams or scanning when I went earlier that week at the Clark Animal Hospital. No xray, no blood test, no physical exam, nothing. You want to be able to trust these professionals to provide the best possible care and trust that they are doing everything they can for your pet. In that moment, I believed I could trust them, yet it still wasn't enough to save my baby. This place is careless and incompetent. I hate to think that my baby suffered in his final hours having numerous seizures and being in pain without any warning or preparation. This review doesn't even begin to describe our pain (his pain and ours until forever probably), but these were the worst 2 days of our lives. I cannot help to think that if they did their job right and discovered something, I would've made sure that he wasn't in pain or suffering in his final hours. Save your money and your lovely fur baby and take them to someone who cares and will take the right steps when they need it the most!!!

For example, this morning, they told u a to come at 11:30. We came at the designated time, and they said they'd be ready to take us in a few minutes. However those few minutes turned to 20 minutes, then 30, then 45, and that's when we left. And this wasn't the first time- this was the 5th time. My dogs are giant, and if you dont know about these two breeds, they are winter dogs- and we were being held back in our car, waiting for an hour, sometimes over that time, while our poor dogs were nearly having a heatstroke in 80 or 90 degrees temperature. I can understand if it was 10 minutes or 20, but an hour is unacceptable. This is why I rate it 1-star.
