I believe they also do grooming in the back, but I haven't used them yet. Price and selection of foods seems to be better. What I appreciate them most about this place is the quality and price of their merchandise. I noticed the price of their cat trees have gone up, but they are still far superior to Pet Smart. Pet smart 'stack' their levels, where as the ones you buy here are 'staggered'. They sell buckle and better breakaway collars for less, with no stupid bells on them. It still lacks signage and one can end up wandering around lost looking for things. Items specific to dogs, for example, are not all in one area but rather in different parts of the store according to the function of the product. The new staff are more helpful in my experience and I find the store has more staff available to deal with higher volumes of customers. I can't speak to their product expertise. They were great the one time we had to exchange something, no problem. They do need another till, the check-out queue is way too long, especially if you're carrying awkward or heavy items. It also impedes customer traffic through the store as the aisles get blocked. I'm glad to have rediscovered the old in a newer, better form, and am happy to support a local business.

Then dies. Thanks to My Pet neglecting their animals and failing to take care of them, our bunny had something called FLY STRIKE. Basically flies started laying eggs inside of her and she was being eaten from the inside out. What's their solution? They claim they don't monitor "young rabbits" and instead offer a 30 day warranty just in case they die. ?! DONT SHOP AT THIS PET STORE. Report them to Animal Control. They are selling sick, neglected, hurt pets.

We love this place!…read more They treated our dogs very well. We used the shuttle service provided to take our dogs to the Cabana kennel, excellent service! When the dogs were returned they were so happy which tells me that they had a great time. they're exhausted from playing all weekend which we love. we are excited to use them again and again. When we come to Edmonton for the day we look forward to having our dogs stay here.
