A wise owner of a dog daycare (if you want to call it that) would be seeking vet clients out and treating them cordially since we're clearly spending money on services youre "trying" to provide. Not him! I wouldn't let this place watch a stuffed animal. The place smells like dog piss and there are MANY animals running free with only one person supervising. Upon entering the store, we were greeted by Leonie and her staff who were all very friendly. They have a variety of products from pet food to leashes. There are so many things that you will have to come check out the store yourself! They offer Grooming or you can Self Wash your dog. If you Self Wash, all you'll need to bring is your dog since they have all the supplies you will need including a dryer to dry them when you're done. Their Grand Opening is scheduled for next weekend, starting on Friday, 2/27 through Sunday, 3/1. There are a lot of events scheduled... check out the flyer I posted. They are located in the Countryside Shops off of Flamingo Road and Stirling Road in Cooper City. I'm glad we have a local pet store in the neighborhood. It's going to be very convenient to pick up a bag of dog food when we need it which will be pretty often with 3 dogs!

The owners were so friendly and accommodating. The pet wash was nice and they even had an elevation so you don't have to bend over for small pups. They give you towels and they have a nice drier, but my little pug was scared of it so we just towel dried and it was fine. I also came out with some treats and some goodies they recommended. I highly recommend this place for all your pet needs.

Recently the business changed management and I've never met such a sick and disgusting man. I'm a woman of color and he felt I didn't deserve the decency of customer service or attention when I walked into the store. He sat there in his seat as he casually chatted with a "customer". The computer wasn't open, no notes or questions were discussed. He didn't even look at me before he kept chatting away. I asked if someone else could help as there were a few people in the back and he threw the phone down and walked over to me. I asked him about the "customer" he was supposed to be helping and he said they were okay. As he rudely tried to take my reservation, he didn't smile, he make eye contact, or even give me a total. When I asked for an invoice of services he shrugged his shoulders and said "We walk them, feed them and put them back in the crate" He asked me for my card and since I always paid with cashapp, I asked if they still took it. He closed down my reservation and refused me service saying he didn't want to work with me calling me rude and demanding. I can't believe he kicked me out of the store and left my dog stranded with no explanation, care or consideration. I would never trust a dog in their care, they made me feel like less than a human. Not even an apology for the inconvenience. Im posting this everywhere with hopes they get shut down. Protect the animals
