This place is very bad please stay away from pet world! I took my yorkie and husky here because I thought it was cheap and affordable but they stayed in there for 8+ hours I kept coming back every 3 hours to check if they were finally done mind you I took them at 8 am and they finished around 6-7 pm and my babies seemed upset when I picked them up. THE WORST PART IS THEY MISTREAT THEIR ANIMALS!! I have went here to get a hamster for my little cousin to take care of but a few weeks later the hamster gave birth to 5 hamster babies!! ¡Este lugar es muy malo, por favor, aléjate de este lugar. Affordable grooming service. Took my beagle here they wash her, trim her nails, brush her teeth, and clean her ears. It's a good deal about $25 I don't get her hair trimmed or anything so I have no experience in that part. They did mention it was going to be two hours and they would call me back. I got a call back in an hour in a half. I'm pretty sure that depends on the amount of pets they are grooming. We've gotten her name engraved with our phone number in her colar and it was inexpensive as well. The doggy clothes is really cute, good quality. I have a short hair pit/lab mix that I brought in for a wash. He's a big boy - 80 lbs. They washed him, cleaned his ears, trimmed his nails and did a great job. He's so clean and fresh! She told them to do a very LIGHT TRIM, basically to cut off almost nothing, but instead they completely SHAVED HIM DOWN. He came out looking like a RAT. Read the other reviews. They have CUT multiple people's dogs and caused them to need stitches. This place should be shut down, they have caused deep bloody cuts in many people's dogs. This is unacceptable. read more

If it were for me I'd give it no stars but I'm leaving this review so everyone can see. I took her one Sunday afternoon and asked if they still had time to groom her, (mind me it was 1230 pm when I took her) they said yes. A short man in his late 40s approached me and asked what kind of haircut I wanted and I proceded to tell him. I get a call around 6pm that she's ready and so I go. They tell me it's 40$ and the short man goes to the back to get my dog. I took another 15 mins looking around for a new leash even tried one on her. It wasn't until the next day that we noticed a white fluid discharge coming out from her back lower left thigh that we saw a big cut on her. I went the next day very upset demanding an explanation of what happened and his response "oh I'm sorry I forgot to tell you and we were closing already " Um no you Didn't forget because I was still there for another 15 mins more like you didn't want to tell me. He knew he had wounded her and didn't care in the least to mention it to me. Horrible service. Never coming back to this place again. Now my poor baby is suffering and has caught an infection in the wound. I took her to the vet and now it's costing me 500$ to heal her. But believe me I went back so they can pay for the mistake they made. read more

The prices are excellent because I get more for my money. The food quality is the best because is always clean and fresh. At Pet World I can find everything what is necessary for any pet like food, accessories,cloth, beds for the dogs, toys, grooming, everything including a new pet! Also, the service is excellent. And if you see the owner Mr. Cantu you will have also a great time there because of his charismatic personality. There is no reason to go somewhere else. keep in mind that if you are looking for something specific they can help you to get it as well. Raul is the man! He went out of his way to order a cage and stand for me when my picky-ass wanted both of them in black, and my bird loved it. He always helps me with my birds and he has the lowest prices around on bird cages, even cheaper than the outside swap meets! How do they do it? Magic? Horrible service, I dropped off my dog as soon as they opened (10AM). They told me it would take 3-4 hours, she was not ready until 8 HOURS LATER! (6:45PM) The $45 price sounds good but at the end of the day you get what you pay for. Their grooming skills are not good at all, it looks like they just completely forgot about my dog and just rushed the job 15 minutes before closing time. I paid for something I could've literally done better myself. You're better off paying $10-$15 more and taking your dog to Petco or Petsmart or a different, more professional groomer. I'm absolutely angered and annoyed, DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG HERE. I cannot stress that enough. On top of it all the people in front were being sarcastic and speaking to us in a condescending tone. Definitely one of the best places to get your bird groomed. They trim the wings, beaks, and nails all for only $5! I just took my cockatiel there this past Sunday and even though they were really busy the gentleman quickly helped us out and he was really nice! read more

First time coming here and I couldn't have had a better experience. The staff was great! They were nice, polite, and very welcoming. Took my 5 lb Yorki/Maltese and gave him a great cut and bath. The price was already great for the service we got. But that wasn't enough, the owner even gave us a $5 discount since it was our first visit and also a FREE bag of doggie treats.
