[[HIGHLIGHT]]Got turned away for assuming my dog was double coated (she's not). This is all without actually seeing my dog but only a picture.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Also got turned away for her breed nor did they ask (they didn't know her breed, she's not husky)[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] . Yeaaaaaa. [[HIGHLIGHT]]In response to the owners comment below. He NEVER suggested to reschedule, NEVER gave me a reason to WHY he couldn't do my dog's cut.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Wise words to the owner, honestly and integrity goes a very long way.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Lastly, my dog got a cut that day. She did not automatically out of the blue develop alopecia or any other skin conditions.

I was hopeful that I found a good reliable mobile dog groomer for my dog (Marble), but unfortunately that was not the case. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The booking process was easy enough, and William had fairly open availability, which was nice.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We booked for 11:30AM. [[HIGHLIGHT]]He sends me a confirmation text the day before confirming that we have an appointment the next day, but not not mention the time, so I text back confirming our appointment for 11:30AM. He responds by saying he has us down for 10AM because he had a cancelation. He did not ask to check if that time worked for us and I was shocked he thought it was okay to just move appointments around like that.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I was annoyed, but I made it work. [[HIGHLIGHT]]At 8:57AM he texts me saying his 8:30 appointment ended early (27 minutes at most for that previous grooming?) and tells me he can be here in 30 minutes if I'm free. At least he thought to ask this time, but if it weren't for some cancelations at my work, this would not have worked for me.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I bring Marble over to him and we briefly went over the cut I wanted. He ends up thinking I want my dog shaved, which is not at all what I wanted, but at least we got that sorted out before the cut.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Over text, I had communicated that Marble is having some back/leg issues right now, so extra care had to be taken and that though she is on medication, she may struggle if he has her paws up or show other signs of discomfort. Knowing this, he leans down, pops off Marbles collar without securing her, picks her up with one arm by her stomach - no other support for her body. He brings her in and tells me he'll text me when he's done. Honestly I should have taken her back and canceled. He texts me that he's done and he couldn't have spent more than 30 minutes on the grooming based on the text message history. He described my dog as squirrelly. I'm not going to get into whether I think that's true or not, or how William might have been to elicit that behavior, I'm just going to list out the facts. I pay him and bring Marble back home, immediately noticing that my shirt is covered in fur. He did not bathe or wipe down Marble after the cut at all. She was absolutely covered in cut fur so I had to give her a quick rinse in our bath. Upon close inspection, her cut was very uneven, there were areas where he clearly struggled. The worst part though, was how he split multiple nails while clipping. This is actually dangerous, as the nail piece dangling off could cut her eye, etc. Luckily I was able to fix this with my nail grinder, but I cannot believe a groomer would be so careless and let this happen. It was clear to me that William was only interested in turning around cuts as fast as possible to minimize time/effort while charging his full price. It was the worst grooming experience I have ever had and I regret putting my dog through that. I've also looked up his business with the California Secretary of State, and this business is in a Suspended - FTB status currently. Please take care in who you entrust your furry family member to. I've seen other negative reviews where he had convenient responses, but now I wish I did not disregard those reviews.

So thankful for Fresh Paws on the Go! I went through a deep search for the best groomers that would be able to come to my home versus me having to take my cats on an anxiety filled trip in the car, and found FP. William, the owner, is super responsive during our appointment setups and is always calm and inviting whenever he comes by which creates the perfect environment for my cat, Oliver. It's always been super quick during Oliver's grooming so William knows what he's doing! With the hot weather, this haircut was definitely needed + it's so much easier for him to clean himself. William was fantastic! My cat, Luna, was in desperate need of a full grooming -- nail trim, shave, anal gland expression and sanitary trim. She had never been to a professional groomer before and she is usually not very nice with people, but William handled her with care and professionalism. Luna had quite a bit of matting so I decided to try the lion cut on her to promote healthier hair growth. Even though my cat doesn't have very long hair so the "mane" part was a little short, William gave her a great haircut. No more matting! Not to mention he is very fast. The whole appointment took about 15-20 minutes. He knew exactly what to do and was extremely efficient in his grooming method. I recommend calling William about a week in advance to book your appointment. Luckily he was able to move his schedule around to accomodate me, and he also was able to arrive earlier on the appointment day which I appreciated! My family and I are very happy with Luna's results. And the icing on the cake is that she wasn't mad at me after! Thanks William!

Making an appointment was very easy, and they respond quickly to yelp inquiries. William arrived in a truck with a trailer in which he groomed my dogs. He was on time and communicative about his arrival. I especially appreciated his knowledge of my dogs' breed and their temperament. He carefully but effectively trimmed their nails and was able to almost fully deshed them. My dogs hate blow drying and we're going through their seasonal shedding so it was not an easy task to deshed them. Overall I was very happy with William's skills and how he handled both of my dogs. read more

William does an excellent job with my terrier mix. My dog has pretty bad separation anxiety but William is more than capable of handling her. He charges $100 which is reasonable considering I've been quoted as much as $170 by other mobile groomers. I recommend this service for your pets. read more

We have a doodle (cavapoo) and I know a lot of groomers aren't crazy about working with doodles but William listened to what I wanted and did a wonderful job making our little George Michael look fresh and adorable. Awesome mobile service, I have a Maine coon, she is very matted due to her being a little demon. I was not able to brush her at all, she did not like it. I took to the vet to get sedated and shaved once but I feel like the experience was stressful for her. I contacted fresh paws and got an appointment very quickly, he came right on time to my door which was great, took my cat down crossed my fingers, thought he would call me and say it's just not possible due to her trying to annihilate him, 20 minutes later I get a text that's it's done! I wa surprised he was able to do it and did it very quickly, I can tell my cats mood improved with her matted fur gone, definitely reasonable price, would recommend. read more

Worst service ever. I saw wonderful reviews. Very arrogant groomer arrived and spoke condescending. I needed my senior black cat dematted as he does like to be brushed anymore. I ended up with a poodle cut cat. Did not trim his nails and claimed he bathed him. All in 20 minutes. I do not know how this company receives a high rating. Never again. read more

They just asked to take my dog in the back and then asked what I was here for. the staff were friendly but each staff had different definitions when it came to full grooming, the person who was the actual groomer clarified so that helped. I did warn her my dog had skin tags all over the body and to be very careful when you do the cut. I also mentioned he is a very nervous boy so to mindful of that. They finished in two hours as promised. I came to pick him up and they told me they nicked one of the skin tags on his arm but took care of it right away, grateful for the honesty. It was interesting, the staff was speaking to me as if I was a returning customer and told me my dog did better this time around. I think they got me confused with a different customer as I never been there before. A few hours later I noticed on the top of my dogs back, where there is quite a few skin tags, a few spots were bleeding! I know it's hard to cut around the skin tags but almost every big bump he has was bleeding so it was a little frustrating to take care of it. I don't think I'll be coming back but I appreciated the service.

Juno is dog-reactive, which can sometimes come across as aggression, but anyone familiar with reactivity understands it's really about overstimulation, limited socialization, and the need for patient, one-on-one care. Because of this, I haven't been able to take her to a traditional groomer. I happened to see their mobile truck while on a walk and asked about pricing for my reactive shepherd. Ricardo was very understanding, gave me a reasonable quote, and was even able to fit us in right after his first appointment. From the start, he was calm, patient, and gentle. He let me stay nearby to help Juno feel more comfortable, which I really appreciated. She was timid at first, but he took his time earning her trust and worked at her pace. When it came to the dryer, he introduced it carefully and explained that he didn't want to push her too far or undo the trust he had built even if that meant she wouldn't be fully dry. That meant a lot to me. It's clear that Ricardo has experience with dogs like Juno and truly understands the patience and care they need. Both Ricardo and Paco were communicative, kind, and made sure Juno's first mobile grooming experience was as stress-free as possible. I had an exceptional experience with Paws on the Go Groomer Service! They did a fantastic job grooming my two cats. The process was quick and easy, which made the whole experience stress-free for both my pets and me. I really appreciated that the groomer allowed us to bring the cats out to him, helping to keep them calm and reduce their anxiety. He skillfully trimmed their nails and gave them a beautiful grooming that made them look like adorable little lions. Challenges over multiple visits have included: Groomers an hour late Groomers who thought they were vets diagnosing something the vet rolled their eyes over (chihuahua pattern baldness) Forgetting to perform a requested service After all that, I got hit up by a dispatcher on a call campaign recently who said give us another chance, those people are no longer with us. Turns out they had my account associated with former neighbor's. When I corrected that, he still expressed how difficult it would be to service 3 dogs in an hour. Sir I just corrected you and told you I only have 1 dog. The owner Mike called and said yeah he's using a guy in Guatemala for $10/hr to do incoming calls and for this outbound campaign but what can you do it's great value. What I personally can do is not frequent the business.

I don't think she does work and she does not want to work and I'm glad she did not touch my dogs.
