I had high expectations after seeing the exceptional photos on Randi's website. As a customer who spent the average amount for US wedding flowers, I feel like an after thought. I constantly had to bug Randi to honor previously stated pricing and add line items to my order. I feel like some frustration was brought out on my order. The flower drop off was supposed to happen at 9am. The florist notified me via text 12 minutes before 9am that they were at the venue dropping off our flowers. I asked the florist to wait because we would be there at 9am. The florist responded later that they had already left. My Dad pulled up to the venue right as the florist was leaving and they did not stop. I pulled up a few minutes before 9am. It seemed like the florist dropped off bad flower boquets and knew it. I know flowers open up through out the day and that I ordered smaller boquets, but my wedding flower boquets seemed old with the exception that the floral cross arrangemnet looked great. My order felt like it was thrown together with whatever white roses were around and not carefully thought through and planned. The vibe I get is for Floral Designs by Randi to care you need to be spending big money. I really wish that people valued all of their customers because after all it's everyone's wedding day despite how much money they are spending. Additionally, I will be speaking to my venue as well to share my experience. I do not want other brides to go through this experience.

I called Fletchers and the owner was so compassionate and helpful. Even though she had such a short notice with an almost impossible time crunch, she put together three amazing floral arrangements for the funeral last minute. I have lived in this area for four years and only just now discovering them! Even open on Sunday for those who are inundated during the week and can't get out except for a weekend. When I first stepped out of my car and began to walk around, it was dizzying. I felt like a kid in a candy store. So many tree varieties to choose from and I couldn't even begin to guess how many acres this place is. There are staff all over going about tending to the plants/trees but if you need help, they will go out of their way to help you. I was assisted by Adam who was extremely friendly and helpful. I simply had a question about a tree but Adam took me around in a cart giving me a tour since it was my first time here. In the end, I did end up buying a tree which they were happy to hold onto until I am ready to bring to my house. All of the staff are very friendly and Adam was especially helpful. They had trees I have been searching for online and some I thought I would have to buy from tree farms and have shipped here. And not only trees, but they have so much for bushes and shrubs and regular plants to decorate your landscaping if that is what you are looking for. Something else I really appreciated was there was no pressure. At other places, I have experienced high pressure sales, but here, they are very knowledgeable and just want to help. If you are looking to add something to your backyard or landscaping, you won't find a better nursery.

I was offered an upgrade to an extra large bouquet, which I accepted. this bouquet delivered as an all white arrangement and the order was made of cheap carnations and filler flowers and with half of the amount of roses that were promised to be in the bouquet. It was a very disappointing arrangement. When I called to place the order I was assured that Sophies Stems was a locally owned business (lies). when I called to complain about the order I was told that I would have to send an email so that the order could be investigated. It took a great deal of probing before the young lady on the phone finally admitted that I ordered my flowers through a third party agency. I am still waiting for an investigation and for someone to reply to my numerous emails. I paid $188 for a vase full of green filler and carnations. this business misrepresented itself on their web page and through their customer service. I encourage anyone who plans on using their services to find someone else. It is also impossible to review them on google, which I plan on contacting google about. Sophies Stems should not even show up in a google search if you are unable to review them.
