We only had a same-day service and they were delivered that morning and they looked dead when we first called to complain about it, the owner said we would get a full refund, when the bank statement came, we only got $100 back and when my husband called again to ask why we didn't get a full refund we were told we were harassing them and it sounded like we didn't wanna pay for what we ordered. my sister had called and complained about hers because hers the roses looked brown on the end too, her arrangement was 150 and she got 75 back, when my husband said that my sister had called and got money back. She basically called my husband, a liar, that nobody else in that party Got any money back. I will never use this florist again and think twice before you do.
