She called me right away because she was a little confused as to why she received another arrangement. I explained to her what had happened with the previous order. She said although the first arrangement was pretty, she loves this one because it has her favorite flowers in it...carnations and roses. She also said that if she needs flowers, she would definitely order from Griffin's. They definitely went out of their way to see that she had a beautiful arrangement. I, too, will be giving Griffin's another try when I need flowers.

I purchased the Fair Maiden arrangement which was made after the transaction. The arrangement was embarrassing to give to her as most of the flowers were ripped and wilted in an overly sized vase. I replaced with a smaller one which helped some but definitely not worth the price. This will be my last time going to Griffin's. Stick to the wine!

I placed my order online as it was my only option. And completed my intended order. The next morning I received a call and text informing me that they did not have the violet available. I used the florist specifically bc they had the violet "available" and I wanted to use a local florist. I understand that flowers can be out of stock, this is why I called multiple times before placing my online order. They canceled my order and apologized, but I had to use a big box florist to get what I needed instead of the local route. It's unfortunate their inventory isn't accurate, and I couldn't speak to anyone about it prior to my online order.
