Everyone was wearing a mask both weekends we went and each time there was a clean up crew driving around getting any debris outside and cleaning up inside. We usually don't do too many outside vendors because it is usually older things that aren't of much interest but a woman outside sells tons of board games for $3 that our kids like to rummage through. We don't eat at flea markets, just personal preferrence, so I cannot vouch for the food area. There is an Amish vendor inside that has great no-bake cookies and the Sweets Shop inside also has amazing fudge and potato candy (we call it peanut butter candy or pinwheels) that I highly recommend! There is also an older woman that sells kids grab bags for $1, they are well worth the dollar and are packed with cute kids items like Barbies, Hot Wheels, pencils, figurines and etc. It's about a 45 minute drive for us to get to this flea market, we pass two others on the way here but we prefer this one as it is usually less busy, cleaner, and the people are generally nicer.

We came across The Farmstead Market at a farmers market. They had some great looking produce…read moreavailable, and we were excited to get containers of blueberries and black raspberries. The friendly vendor had some great little lids to put on top so that all of the berries stayed put during the rest of our stroll around the market and journey home. The berries are sweet and juicy, with a great texture. The vendor was very friendly, and we enjoyed a quick chat with her.

There is a vast selection and some very nice things and some yard sale nonsense. Slim pickins' for the true collector. It's difficult to gauge value and cost worth because of all the different owners. I have seen situations where there's a price window and in certain events, they will call the owner to dicker on price. It's spacious. Very spacious. With all the variety it's impossible to organize, yet, they can direct you to most items you're looking for. The folks operating the store are very kind and really try to guide you to booths that may have what you're in search of. Well-built retaining walls and two large paver patios - along with new trees, shrubs, and perennials - have added significantly to our family's enjoyment of our home. Jered Seely's expertise in both hardscape and landscape designs is exceptional. He incorporated our preferences into a workable plan with an attractive result. We especially appreciated Jered's utilization of a computer program that allowed us to view how proposed plantings of trees, shrubs, and perennials would look when placed along the front of our house. The quality of the crew responsible for executing the designs was likewise exceptional. They were hardworking, courteous, respectful, and professional. Special kudos to Tyler and J-rod! We have already recommended Seely's to several of our neighbors and will continue to suggest to others that they contact Seely's for any of their outdoor hardscape and/or landscape needs.

We moved last Fall from Indiana where we had a large yard and several large planting areas. We now…read moreown a wonderful one-floor condo with much smaller areas to plant, and most of those areas unplanted. A broken wrist stopped me from planting in Spring and early Summer, but I sallied forth today with a list of nearby nurseries. Seely's was first on my list, and I didn't need to go farther. They have an impressive selection of trees, shrubs, flowers, and leafy perennials. Their Hosta selection is the largest I've ever seen. At a guess I'd say they have at least 100 different varieties. It's incredible! The Seely's employees are friendly, knowledgeable, and service-oriented. Julie hauled my cart all through the many plants, giving me advice on what plants would work with my East and West-facing planting areas. When I found one of my favorite plants looking a bit scraggly late in the season, she pruned the leggy parts off and left the beautifully formed inner stems and leaves for me. She was patient as I back-tracked to revisit plants I was interested in. Then she helped me load all my plants and a couple bags of Sweet Peat mulch/soil enhancer into the back of my Outback. I will definitely return to Seely's as I fill out my garden areas in the coming years. And I'll definitely watch for Julie when I do. This nursery doesn't look like much from the road, but it is truly a hidden gem! Check it out the next time you have landscaping and gardening needs!
