I've been a customer of Weather's Flowers since 2011. They did my wedding, and are my go-to in town for arrangements. Their work is consistently beautiful, and they seem to stay busy because of their quality, consistency, and attention to detail. This is probably why they've been in business for over 30 years. One thing to know about Weathers is that they have cut-off times for daily orders. So if they are busy and you think you can walk in any old afternoon and get something made on the spot...that's just not realistic at a place like this. They can do walk-ins, especially earlier in the day, but the best thing is to order or call ahead. Last tip is to join their bouquet of the month club. It's around $50 for the year, and you get a fresh wrapped bouquet each month. read more

I stopped in today to get a bouquet of flowers. They asked when I said I'd like to wait. The 2 behind the counter looked at some papers and said we can't do that we've got plenty of business. I'm a bit surprised. I was ready to spend whatever for the flowers yet I guess my business wasn't needed. It's a shame to see small businesses like this refuse a walk I. Customer. Walmart for the $9.99 cent win I guess. If you two own the business good luck. If you don't shame in you for not accepting the business. Your boss should let you go. I came in on 5.6.22 to order some florals for my mother for Mother's Day! It was a very expensive arrangement and the lady who took my order said they would be ready on 5.7.2022 for pick up in the afternoon AND that they close at 3:00pm. I got to the establishment at 1:20pm and another lady let me know they haven't been able to get to my order yet due to so many walk ins. (Keep in mind I already paid for my order the day before) I was LIVID. I asked for a refund and she said I could get an arrangement they had in their fridge but I wanted the order I paid for. I drove all the way from Atlanta, GA to spend Mother's Day with my mom and I wanted to make sure she had beautiful flowers and they completely RUINED it. Never again. I will be going to Petals and Stems going forward. I should've went with them in the beginning. read more

I want to start off saying that I very rarely take my time out to ever write reviews but I felt I had to in this instance. First and most important,I would like to say that the quality of these arrangements are hands down the best I have ever purchased in all of the years that I have bought flowers (I'm 45 years old). I live in California and my girlfriend still lives in Louisiana so obviously I order these online. I have purchased 4 arrangements from this florist in the last year and I (and my girlfriend) are so impressed at the quality of the flowers and how long they last. The arrangement is as advertised if not even better!!!! If you buy from any other florist on the Northshore, than you're going to be losing out on quality. The website is perfect! I specified what color flower and ribbon but when I went to pick it up, they lost my order! Then they couldn't fulfill the order with the right color flowers and was told she couldn't control what the wholesaler brings her. Confused bc I would think if you got a prepaid order with a week notice you would ensure you had the flowers to create the product. Got my money back and would never recommend this florist! I am from Chicago Illinois. I was looking to have a destination wedding in New Orleans. This place was highly rated so we decided to try it first. After speaking with one of the employees Milton for the first time it sounded promising. He asked me to email him so that I may fill out a questionnaire to better fulfill my needs. I emailed him...it took 2 days to get an email back, and within that email he addressed me as a different client. I then emailed him back restating my information. After that I did not hear from them again. I even expressed that I was interested in doing business with them after the mistakes that have been made. I definitely can not do business with someone who does not understand how much communication means when a wedding is involved.....especially a destination wedding! My friends husband passed away. I live in a different state and I wanted to send something simple but elegant to let her know we were thinking of her. I saw the perfect arrangement on their website. I placed the order on line and soon received a email asking if they could substitute the basket with a vase which would allow the flowers to last longer. I called them and we agreed. My friend then messaged me and said the arrangement was beautiful and the flowers were so fragrant. That afternoon I received an email from Weathers showing me a picture of the arrangement. Never have I had this type of great customer service. When you send flowers from a florist in another state you have no idea what they will deliver.
