The place is alright.The first time I ordered from them it was great and looked just like their pictures online when I got the delivery picture and picture from my friend. So I ordered from them a second time and was pretty disappointed. I ordered the Peach Fuzz floral for my aunts birthday and it had no ranunculus and was filled with mostly fillers. Don't get me wrong, it was still a pretty bouquet and I know it won't always look like the ones online, but for the price that it was, it could have had more roses or something if they ran out of the ranunculus and less of the filler. Also didn't get a proof of delivery this time, so im not sure if they forgot or if they knew it didn't look like what I paid for. I emailed the company to complain and haven't heard anything from them since. So just something to think about read more

I love this shop and the folks who work here. It's a very maximalist style with a gorgeous use of color theory, so it's the perfect place to wander and visually mood board. I used to work in the neighborhood and would always look forward to browsing this store on my lunch break. They have an indoor boutique section as well as a small outdoor section, both filled with a thriving diverse collection plants. The sweet staff always checks in and the handful of times I've purchased a plant, I am always sent home with thorough care instructions, which is so nice to know that they actually know and actually care. Lots of plant nurseries in San Diego, but I feel the service and knowledge here are some of the best. They even help you pot your plants for free, even if the pot or the plant are from somewhere else, as long as one of them are bought here, they'll do it. Decent prices, impressive collection of adorable and unique decor and pots. I haven't tried any of their flower arrangement services but have only heard positive things. read more

Yes! Just an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish! These guys helped me with my centerpieces and kept me within an extremely reasonable budget. All of their florals are so fresh. With that, their extremely talented team are able to assemble any type of bouquet, center piece, or floral arrangement effortlessly. Each of my centerpieces was around $50.. which was very reasonable considering I price shopped quite a bit. They were able to assemble the centerpieces in the bases I provided. My friend and I decided to go thrifting in Hillcrest one day and right after we parked the car we spotted this place. We recently got into gardening and cruised around this store. They had so many different plants here and had a little outdoor area with even more plants! They had a bunch of stuff like air plant holders, pots, stands, cards, jewelry, and a lot of other knickknacks. This store is also color coordinated! We were on the hunt for our first monstera deliciosa and they had a few here. The workers here are so knowledgable! I didn't catch the girl's name that help us but after talking to her we were contemplating on getting the monstera or the rhaphidophora. She even walked us through on how to repot our plant and propagate it! We left with the monstera, but we do plan on coming back to get a rhaphidophora after we let our monstera grow! At the register they have these little square cards that give you tips on how to take care of plants! Plus, they look really cute! We got a monstera card and set it by the plant. I loved their flower selection, but I did notice a lot of the flowers and plants here were not perfectly healthy as I've seen other floral shops. However, I did notice the wide selection of greens in the back of the store where there was a botanical section. I met the owner and she does the flower arrangements on a work bench. She was not exactly friendly, but she was chatty when I started telling her my background with plants. I bought succulent, 2 pink bottom prayer plants as well as 2 incredibly beautiful bright pink roses. The cashier was extremely kind and friendly. Very approachable and educating about plants. I definitely would like to come back as I am currently taking flower arranging classes myself in school and I loved the diverse selection of flowers here. read more

The flowers and plants at Green Fresh Florals are always so beautiful and they have a great selection at a reasonable price. I was walking past today after picking up some food and they had these lovely pink and white peonies, which are one of my favorite flowers. Usually only available in late Spring and early Summer, I was surprised they had them in early December! What I was told was that they're from South America, where the seasons are reversed, thus increasing availability during a locally off-season time. Clever! We've also purchased a rubber tree, planters, watering cans, and hanging pot vessels here in the past and are very pleased with our purchase. This is my forever and go to flower shop/florist in San Diego!!! They are so consistent in their quality, service and overall product!! I've done both go to store to quickly pick something up as well as order online from them for delivery/pick up. Their in store service and selection is great and they really work with you to make something beautiful that you like! And let me say that whatever you see online you get!! Meaning the flowers come exactly as the pictures without having to arrange anything or cut to fit into a vase. I made the mistake of trying those online flower companies (i.e bouqs) and the flowers come in boxes all sad wilted looking and then you have to arrange them yourself. But from Green Fresh, the flowers are vibrant, stunning, and look exactly how they look from their website!! They had a great selection of Calatheas, philos, pothos, monsteras, and some hard to find plants. Plants are soo healthy and prices are affordable. Such an amazing customer service. The philodendron- Lickety Split was so robust that when I went to touch it, I initially thought it was a faux plant.
