I kind of knew what I had in mind, so the employee let me browse. I spotted a display of Gerbera daisies first. They were really cute but none of them had prices. I took a small yellow one to the counter and asked if the size of the plant made a difference in price. They employees didn't think so, but one of them walked back over to the display with me to confirm there were no prices on any of them. Nope, no prices. Returned to the counter and the employees go back and forth about the prices of things... price of the plant, price of the pot (which was overpriced and I never would have bought it had I known they were being sold separately), price of the items together. Huge variety and friendly customer service. Employees didn't seem to know how much the unmarked items were, which bothered me. I paid just under $20 for a 4in Gerbera Daisy in a grow pot. The decorative planter was the bulk of that $20. Confirm prices before you buy. 3/5 stars for lack of transparency (at least on the items I looked at).

The owner here is very friendly and personable. She said she had no holiday plans for the 4th itself during the day and her family were out doing their own thing so she decided to open the doors... And we appreciate that! The shop is laid out into three sections. The front main display area. A back room area. And a small room off to the side of the front counter. Very easy to navigate. Don't forget to look at the outside items too! Prices are reasonable and it was a welcome stop during our trip. Heather picked up a couple of things while I walked out empty handed...this time. SHe has commented about brides who choose to DIY their wedding bouquets and that she cannot help them because she "can't fix ugly". As a "professional", Destiny sure does not seem like she loves her job or her customers with how negatively she talks about some of them online. Before she comments on her professionalism, she needs to make sure that she is being respectful to brides and others who choose to do things their own way. I will no longer give my money to a business who employs someone so rude and nasty. I can't even imagine what else she says about her customers behind their backs.

The whole place has a very nice family atmosphere (as well as you can get for a head shop), with the owner and (presumably) his girlfriend or wife in the back. Really great vibe from them. They also keep their boxer, bulldogs and boston terrier in the store. This was a huge plus for me, because I adore dogs. I will be back for the atmosphere and competitive prices.
