The Friday before, I realized my fridge had stopped cooling/freezing, so called them at 1pm. They said they were really booked but tried to troubleshoot with me over the phone. That didn't fix the problem, so Craig said he would have a couple service guys stop over within the next hour or two to see if they could get it going. They ended up fixing my fridge that afternoon despite their busy schedule. Wow, that is great service you don't see very often. I am, and will continue to be, a loyal customer of Home Appliance. The person who helped me went out of her way; I needed some air filters for a Miele vacuum, which they sell. She managed to find a stash in service and eventually figured out how to correctly enter the sale into what seemed like an overly complicated inventory system. They refused to honor our 1 year warranty and keep pushing back communication (if there is any) so that it goes past the 1 year & they will no longer be held responsible. Joe, the owner is thee most disrespectful "business owner" if you want to call it that & refuses to take any sort of responsibility for his employees. Professional and prompt, a two man team came up in a truck, got it and were gone. In the blink of an eye! They take appliances, cabinetry, doors, hardware, flooring, furniture, art, mirrors, lighting, vents, exercise equipment, garden tools, bricks, pavers, fencing, lawn equipment, roofing, windows, tile, power tools, lumbar and more.
