We had a game plan, so we declined his assistance at first, but he and his colleagues were available and checked on us a couple of times to see if we needed anything. When I was trying to understand how the samples are organized, he also kindly showed me the book and offered to look up anything for us as we were narrowing down colors. We didn't make any purchases yet, but I know we'll be returning to this location once we've finally made a decision! This store is also much larger than the other location, well lit, and includes a lot of the necessary equipment.

When you walk into Fred's you will likely see local farmers and townspeople hanging out while casually shopping for supplies. It's been 19 months and we can hardly get him to show up to finish the rest of the house. We beg him to show up to finish just one thing a week so the house will eventually get finished. His wife, Kim, sent us our contract but he says she does not work for him so her real estate business is not involved in the horrendous service he provides.
