He talks a good game, honestly, he sounds believable. Do not believe what he says. He told us he would have this house completed in 6 months or less. It's been 19 months and we can hardly get him to show up to finish the rest of the house. We beg him to show up to finish just one thing a week so the house will eventually get finished. We could go on and on. Do not hire this person. Chris also owns Premium Home Builders Inc. His wife, Kim, sent us our contract but he says she does not work for him so her real estate business is not involved in the horrendous service he provides.
